Indian man claiming to be calling from the "American Embassy" to collect a cash advance debt. I've read all about these scams. I blocked the call.

Claims to be from the U.S. Attorney General office and says my social security is being looked at.  Person calls himself Kevin Price but he sounds Indian.

Same thing as others.  Indian sounding male with American name,

I've been arguing with these guys for weeks. They keep calling me, even at work. After I have repeatedly told them to stop calling because I know it's a scam they began yelling at me that only god can help me. The guys that have been calling are named Ricky Martin and Sean Miller, but both are obviously Indian or middle eastern. I changed my number today.

There is an Indian man calling my office everyday and 4 times a day harrassing my staff. These people must be stopped immediately!!

These people are claiming to be collection agency, loan company, law enforcers to obtain or using  fraudulent information to steal money from people.  The call back number they want us to call back is 805-409-0874 at extension 329

Indian Guy named "kevin' Is constantly calling my work. Saying he is from the attorney general office and that the last 4 of my ssn number has been identified with a debt owed. After I told him it wasn't me, he called back several times and my boss yelled at him and asked what he wanted. All he said was he was from the Attorney General and I owed money. These guys need to be stoped. Its a scam!

They called and said we received a loan from them and we never got anything from this company and they continue to call me on the job and harass me about some loan that was never received.

Got about three call today , after 4:00pm   I couldn't understand him but he knews mine names  , address and last 4 number of mine ssn and that I own  them money for a check I cash   the number is 805-409-0874  and he would send me paper and for mine lawyer at the court house unless I settle out of court !

same goes here he (alex johnson) can not understand him but he even has my banking info as well
as my vital info.  claims I am going to jail for this cash advance that was put into my bank.  NO such
cash advance ever in my account...... He refuses to give me a mailing address and also refuses to give me the amount of the loan and when it was suppose to have been deposited.  He has even told me that my child will be taken from and  placed in foster care and I will never see them again.  I said go for it as my youngest is 30 years old.  The guys claim the man i owe is a charles smith and the police are now after me.  I am at my wits end with these jerks.

does any one out there know how to block the calls from these guys at 805-409-0874 or their address.  they call at all hours on my cell phone.  help.... also have used number 518-635-0704

Same thing.  Indian guy says his name is Ricky Martin and is calling from the California Attorney's General's office in L.A.  I think it should be Sacremento, but that's just me.  Same thing as well that they are going to take legal action, etc. bla bla bla.  Don't know how to stop him, i guess everyone needs to report them to their local police departments for harrassment, fraud, etc.

Got a call from Indian dude claims I owe money for cash advanced.  Which I don't have. They got my address last 4 of my ss#.  Claim if I don't pay they send me jail. Or garnish my wages.   Got mad mad when I told him it was bull [***] call. And I was calling the place where they claim I took out the loan. These calls needs to be stopped. He claim he is us attorney general

Got a call from Indian man claiming to be Kevin Prince from the attorney general's office. He stated that my ssn had been "black listed" and was under investigation. Didn't say for what. He also said that if I ignored the message and didn't return his call, then all he could do was "wish me good luck". I took it as as subtle threat. This jerk needs to be stopped now.Have added number to reject list.

Got a call from an "investigator" named Alex Johnson.  Indian accent.  Claims to be representing a company that gave me a $300 loan and that the money was not there when they tried to extract it from my checking account.  Said that unless I pay $391 I would be taken to court and would have to pay over $5000 in court costs.  I told him I never took out a $300 loan and that amount was never deposited into my account.  He was relentless however.  Now I just ignore the messages he sends.
