Last (ha, ha) call from credit card services to reduce my credit card interest rate. It is never the last chance.

called my cell but left no msg as well

called my cell, no message, line busy when tried calling back. Glad I didn't put the call with an ill friend on hold for a "garbage" call.

Just received a call from same number with same into line.  Then pressed one to speak to someone who said something quickly and tried to proceed.  I stopped and asked them to identify who they are and THEY hung up.  Call back is a busy signal.

The same thing keeps happening to me.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

This number showed up on my cell.  I don;t have anybody in this area code who would be calling me and I don't recognize the number.  Good thing I checked this site before even listening to the message.

rat, I keep getting messages on my machine at home about the last (ha, ha) notice as respects the financial stimulus package.  Don't know what number they're calling from, they don't say and my machine doesn't show it.  If it's the last notice, why do I keep getting the same recorded message?  And, how can I press any button on my phone to stop the calls when they're leaving me a message?  The message is immediately deleted.

Called my cell phone.  I hit 1 to speak to someone and when they answered, randomly hit numbers on the keypad until they hung up.  Same BS about being from "cardmember services" for my credit card.  Joke's on you, I'm in a bankruptcy and don't have any credit cards lol!

From 805-482-3415 - I don't answer and I have my answering machine turned off.  I just let it ring if I don't recognize the number. I try to check the site as the number is ringing.  I give out this home phone number when traveling and checking in at motels etc. Anytime someone needs a phone number for whatever reason, I give them my home phone (land line). This way they don't get my cell phone and start harassing me on it. We traveled to the NE part of the country and visited Maine and other states in that area. Also traveled to Florida and states in that area. I always start getting calls from those parts of the country after traveling. There is no doubt these people sell these numbers to these piece of Sh_t companies.

Got a call from this number @ my job!!! left msg about some surplus & lower CC rates! yeah right!

Called and started talking about lowering credit cards rates. Obvious scam so I hung up.

Today received the very same call. Wanting to lower my credit card rate to 9.5% and was my last chance. No mention of the card services represented. That was a clue. Press one for service, or two for not receiving this message again. I pressed two and hung up. Consumers must always be on guard for these scams. I am grateful for sites like this who solidify what just happened.

Caller ID said Semtech, # 805-482-3415.  I woudn't answer and no message left.

Please let us know the phone numbers the owner or lawyer for the company.  Is the company Semtech?  In what state is it registered.  Who signs for the state filings?

just received a call from them too about lowering my interest rate. called me cell phone which is supposed to be private.

This caller just called me this morning and I'm only 16 year old and got no credit card yet.They said that they want to lower my interest rate by .6 or .9 percent and I knew that they were lying because they never mention their services before the call also I think they're aiming to steal my parent credit card if they obtain my parent phone number

Got a call today from this number on my cell. I never give out that number, don't know how they got it. If I don't recognize the number I don't answer. After reading the other posts, sounds like a typical scam, I don't even have any credit cards!
