- noskam| 2 repliesAnd you get NOTHING for all the money you pay First Misstep!
You are better off consulting your LOCAL real estate agent or Realtor.
The buyer/renter should NEVER pay for listings - only the seller/landlord! - lisa replies to FIRST STEP EQUITYI want my refund please
- First step equity replies to noskam| 1 replyyes, sir.
it is easy to work with local realtor agent.
however, you have to pay them fee. A Realtor fee is usually 6%.
We try to work hard and provide good service for our members.
that's why we upgrade our website more and more.
Thank you for your consideration.

If so, it's not as much as what YOU charge at First Misstep. And the local realtors are LICENSED. - Anonym replies to First step equityIt's the SELLER who has to "pay them fee" - NOT the buyer.
- on Craigslist 1-805-683-8605 San DiegoI noticed this ad running so I called.
http://sandiego.craigslist.org/nsd/apa/1379380189.html
Basically they are saying you can take over payments of bank owned repo's for almost nothing. When i called they do not check your credit, you only have to make double the rent to own homes.. such a scam. THANKS for writing about them because right now there's enough scams out there I hope somebody reports them to the DRE. The guy hung up on me when I kept asking questions how they could do this.. because I am a Realtor and this is just wrong.- Caller: name not given
