Received this call this afternoon at 1:30 pm PDT exactly leaving to believe its a robo call. Did not answer, and no message left. Unable to call the number back, because its missing a part of the sequence. My carrier says. "you cannot make this call."

Same as JJ above. Call received June 9, 9am EST. Answered, disconnected, unable to call back. Get quick busy tone.

Computer solicitation regarding lowering my interest rate

received the call at 8:59am EST June 9. did not answer, no voicemail left.

9:11 June 9..........Received & missed 2 calls from this number & could not call them back.  Junk mail via cell phone.

Called my cell phone at 8:56 am.  My cell phone is for emergencies.  It's the Credit Services scam.  
Bad enough that I get regular calls on my home phone.  

Received a call at 10:38 am on Feb. 3, 2015 did not leave any messages.

Robo call on "credit card services".  Dialed 1 and reached a live person.  Told him this is mobile phone and asked him to take me off the list.  We'll see.....

Received a call from this number at 1:30. automated call from credit services saying they could lower my credit rate. hung up and tried to call back but got a message saying number had been disconnected or no longer in use.

1:30 PM central time 2/3/2015 -- did not leave message.

Saw this number as a missed call on my cell phone.  Called back using *67 before the number so it shows up to the caller as Private and when I called back I got a recording that the number has been disconnected and is no longer in service.  How can that be when they just called from that number?  It was more than likely some kind of a scam!
