Calls and does not leave a message.

Autodial says her name is "Heather" from "Account Services". They tell you they've tried to reach you about your credit card rate. Press 1 to speak to an agent, press 2 to be removed from their list. It doesn't work. They continue to call. I suspect it's a phishing scam. DO NOT give them personal information! File a complaint with the FTC and your state's Attorney General, especially if you are on a DO NOT CALL list.

Missed the call. Couldn't call back

Called my cell phone, shows as Northern Los Angeles area - I didn't answer it. They left no message.

Caller ID = "Naval Air Station" - our first clue this is a scam
A machine left the following VM:
"...there's no problems, currently, with your accounts; it is urgent, however, that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rates to as little as six point nine percent. Your eligibility expires shortly, so please consider this your final notice. Please press one now on your phone to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rates; or press two to discontinue further notices. Thank you and have a great day."
Most assuredly phishing for information.
NEVER give ANY personal information to ANY caller. Reputable organizations will make strides to protect, not solicit, your personal information.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

Another one of the spoofed numbers used by the "card services" scammers in their attempts to rip us off. Google my name to learn how to stop their annoying calls, while also having some fun!

The card service scammers   WILL   "service" our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish "servicing" them, they will have no available credit remaining!

Same as all the above.  I would really like to know just how you put these idiots behind bars, as they probably call at least once per week, this morning's call woke me up after only 2 hours of sleep.

Called and left no message.  I am on the no call list, so no one should be calling my number unless it is a solicited call.  They call and want to lower my CC rates, but I don't have any CC's!

You need to go to the FTC/DNC site and do some reading about all who all  call you.   The DNC cannot block or prevent anyone from calling you.  They also only have authority over  Registered with the FTC legitimate Telemarketing businesses who purchase the do not call registry list.  That is their ONLY reason for creation and their function.   Anyone else can call you and scammer or scofflaws such as the one now calling you don't care about anyone's DNC list.  They are criminals and call whomever they want.
