Continued threats and harassment of phone calls saying that I owe them. This is constant harassment.  I do NOT like it.

They must be STOPPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

guy called said he was sherriff mark thompson of law invegestion i should call back or go to jail in 48 hrs.

who are these people ?

I received a call at my work from a guy that first stated he was with the federal government and I was being sued. He said I was being sued for $350 and if I didn't settle this now he would send an officer to my work to take me to the court house and I would be fired. I told him I was leaving work now and to call my cell phone. He called my cell and continued to threaten me and became very hostile when I would not agree to pay him $350 dollars over the phone "right now". I asked that he provide me with the loan information and the information of the loan company I supposedly owed. All he would tell me is that if I did not settle for the $350 I would be arrested and sued for $5486. I was then given the number 904-584-4791 to call a Mr. Justin White who is the manager of cashnet.com which is the name of the company in which is suing me. I contacted Mr. White whom sounded like the first guy I spoke with that had called me at work. He was again very hostile and threatening. When my fiance became frustrated and tried to get more information, Mr. White became even more hostile and told my fiance that he too, would be arrested. I contacted our local police department. I was told my the officer that this is happening everyday and to ignore the phone calls, do NOT answer them and do NOT give them any information.

I have had the same phone calls. The guy keeps saying I'm going to be arrested and put in jail. That there is a lawsuit against me and my address is under investigation. He reads off my SS# so that has me very worried - I reported this to the attorney general's office.

This guy goes by the name Ricky Clarke..He has contacted me at work as well as on my cellphone. Beware because is not legit..He's just trying to get your money by threatening you into doing so.
