getting harrasing phone calls stating its american law enforcment saying i owe payday loans, ive never had a payday loan. these people are trying to get u to give momey and verify your info, please dont fall for it, its a scam!

I received a call on Monday, 3-5-2012.  I have also received numerous calls from other phone numbers.  I basically have been threatened to be arrested if I didn't call back.  I have notified my attorney, who instructed me, to call the states attorneys office.  I filed chapter 7 in Nov. 2009, and in January, 2010 it was finalized.  I would love to sue these people, if possible, because I'm sick and tired of getting these calls.

I had the same call threatening me. It was a Pakistani man trying to pretend like he was a Texas Sheriff. I could barely understand him but he is asking for someone who isn't even at this phone number.

I've been receiving messages from this phone number at my job.  This man with a Pakistani accent called my job, telling my boss that they have a warrant for my arrest.  I am contacting an lawyer as I don't owe this company anything.  It certainly sounded like a scam, with this company calling themselves "American Law Enforcement.  This company is also voiolating the law.

This is the same group associated with the phone numbers: 347-547-6070 and 347-788-3000.  Always call with a heavy Middle Eastern accent.  The guy says that I am in trouble with the law for unpaid loans, land sales tax or fraud.  The same guy will call me from Texas, New York, New Jersey and Florida.  All within a matter of minutes.   They offer to allow me to clear the matter up by making a  payment now.  I tell them that I know it's a scam, they yell at me.  I inform them that I have already contacted my states Attorney General, they say that they are sending the police to my house with 24 hours to arrest me.  If I hang up, they call back immediately from another state.  Really sick of these calls and with that the Federal Gov. could somehow stop these call scammers.

As a side note.  I previously received calls from the same group.  They use completely different credentials to try to get the money from people.  1 year ago, I was inundated by calls from them.  I found out that they have the information from hacking an online credit company.  This IS a scam. DO NOT give them any further info.

I have received a call today from the same foreign man stating that I owed an online loan company and I needed to handle this matter now before a warrant will be issued for my arrest and he also stated that he was a sheriff of Texas and will be going threw will the civil sue if I did not pay the money now!!! I am sick of him harassing me about a loan I never received!!

I have gotten the same message. Unreal. These people have no life. SCAMMERS!!!!!

stated he is a  texas sherrif badge 612 Ricky Clark looking for tay leflore who is selling securities, did not have a Texas  twang. called local law enforcement, also FBI

I have been receiving these calls for 3 weeks now...it sucks...they just called my work and my manager came to talk to me...

I just received the same phone call today, exactly as yours. I am going to contact Better Business Bureau about this call. Hope we can get to the bottom of this.

I have received threatening phone calls also from these people.  I know this is a scam and when I confronted them to send me all the paperwork they used foul language with me and hung up.  These people need to be stopped.

i have been getting this same phone call for about 2 months i'm so relieved that i decided to GOOGLE this phone number.  They did get $100.00 from me but they won't get anymore.  I really wish we knew who this guy was so someone could harass him.

I called him back asked him why he does what he does and he said because he could. He also admitted that he was a scam artist. So I decided to harass him and I just kept calling and he finally changed the magic jack number so for all of us who have been a victim we will never know where or who this guy is so just be careful the number has been changed for 806-496-3419. He also has another number 347-757-5022 and he answers this one Jack Martin they work together his company is called Payday Mac this is how he answers the phone. Losers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got the same call from this number and a guy saying his a sheriff from Texas he called himself sheriff Ricky Clark. He said that some policd department is coming to arrest me. I know nothing about some loan. I think I lost one whole day of my life when I heard his message. There has to be a way to get these people to stop harrassing us.

These folks just called me and said I owed them on some loan that I know I didn't take out....they said I would have to pay 5437.09 in court cost if I don't give them 487.00....then I told him I needed something in writing and he emailed me some letter with a bunch of mispelled words and it just don't make no sense.

Many calls from this number and others saying they were issuing a warrant for my arrest if I didn't call them back and that I "would be in a lot of trouble" and to "have a blessed day." I'm sick of this--it's been off and on for a year and a half. please help.

YES> the same thing is happening to me. I wish I could just block them but they call from different phone numbers. I want them to stop harassing people-including me!! Any ideas? I can call state Attorney's office and see if they can help. I'll come back here and report if I can get some help. It's terrible and I'm so tired of it.

I received a called at my job with the same weird voice.  Asking for me but I knew it was a fraud.

I too could not understand nothing he was saying
I hung up on him
Did not give him a chance to ask for any information

How do these pepople get your information

My boyfriend got the same thing and the guy was talking so fast that I knew it was a scam. A Pakistani guy called his job and talked to his boss and even threatened him with jail time and further harassment.
