Scam: It's that phony Microsoft technical center ripoff that attempts to tell you that your computer has been compromised and that they want to dial into your computer and fix it.  If you say ok, you'll be ripped off AND infected with ransomware. Block this number and report it to your phone company and the Federal Trade Commission.

Scam.  Don't fall for this fake Windows Technical Department.  This number is a mobile number that doesn't belong to Microsoft. They only want to gain access to all of your personal information to rip you off. Report to Microsoft and to the FCC.

Male with Indian accent says he's calling from MTC and my computer is sending error messages. Funny thing is this call came in on my cell phone and the only computer I work on is the one at my Government office!!! We have our own IT team. What a [***]. I'll be blasting this number all over! Attorney General, FTC, FCC and everyone else I can think off.

Caller dialed and hung-up after 2 rings.  Glad I checked 800notes for comments.

I got a call from 806-590--7341 stating there unwanted emails associated with my computer...this is a total scam...don't fall for it!

806-590-7341 A call came in at 3:51pm. on my landline. The caller said his name was Michael Martin and he was from Windows Technical Support, and that he had received information my computer was transmitting errors. (???) I told him it could not be and that he was a scam artist and do not call me again. A lot of good that will do, I am sure. By the way, my caller ID shows Mike Morris. This is just a rip off and I surely hope no one falls for it.

Caller ID says it was from Texas. called and asked for Mohammad and when I said no one here by that name they asked for My name. told then they have the wrong number and the male said okay not asking about them anymore am asking about you. I again yold him they have the wrong number and to remove me from the call list.  He then proceeded to tell me he was going to shoot me, kill me and hurt me. I hung up.. this is not the first call I have gotten from this number this is the first time it has gone that far.

Mike has called me twice , both times its the same thing Hello ,Hello the last time I answered it. I said what the hell do you want and he got pissed and told me to [***] myself. end of conversation.

Some idiot called me this morning saying that they were from Microsoft, and that they were getting error message from my computer, and was my computer on now, I said no (it was), he said that he needed to get in it in order to "fix" it.  I told him that he had woke  me up with this phone call.  He asked what would be a good time to call me back, I kept fake coughing, and saying, what?  I told him that I'd call him back, then he said have a good day and hung up.  I figured that he was some sort of scam that wanted access to my computer.  The only person that I will let into my computer, is Microsoft, that I get from the real Microsoft.  I have an account, and pay a certain amount for a year's service, whenever I need it.  These people are stupid, and think that we are also.

Oh I don't remember his name, he had a really thick accent.

Today I had a procedure and after I got home my phone started ringing with this number. I did not answer the two calls that were only two hours apart.  I believe I had a total of 6 calls this week.  I have told them not to call me anymore as I am not interested.  How do we stop this calling?  They have been calling me for about a month or more.  800-590-7341

Showed up on my caller ID as Mike Morris. Said he was from Microsoft and that my computer was infected with a virus. I told him that I didn't have a computer and why was he calling me? He had an extremely thick accent and was very hard to understand. He then got kind of rude and hung up on me. I could here other people in the background obviously trying to scam others. I hope no one falls for this scam in the future.

Male with Anglo-Indian accent, speaks English very well, but is a fraudster.  I believe I've heard him before, and if so he works in Mumbai (Bombay) in the fix-it facility that many internet providers use jointly.  He claims your computer is not working properly because it is infected, and he will fix it for $300.  It's fraud, and I don't think you want to pay him, because you might not want to help sponsor the organization I believe he's helping.  His real name is almost certainly not Mike Morris.

My Caller ID shows it to be "Hale Center, TX"  After about six calls from them, in which they didn't leave a message, I called THEM (blocking my number).  When I asked the scumbag why they were calling me, he asked me who I wanted to talk to.  I told him I wanted to talk to the ******* who kept calling me (you can hear it's a call center).  He again asked me who I wanted to talk to.  I said the same thing and he hung up.  After another call from them, I blocked the number.

They really need to force these guys to produce TRUE caller ID numbers rather than faked ones before any crap like this ends.

A scammer called from this number, claims he is from "MICROSOFT SUPPORT".
He claimed that my computer was "infected" and they could  do something about it.
Of COURSE this is FRAUD, don't answer the call ..... or hang up on these people quickly !!!
