The person was of international descent.

I received a call form this person saying the same thing! I looked up the attorney name in Califoria state bar and Texas DOES NOT EXIST ITS A FRAUDULENT CALL!

I also recieved over 5 calls a day over the last 10 days from a heavy accent voice claiming I am in trouble and must call them or have my attorney call them.  When I called them they claim I have a cash payday loan in the amount of 300 and have not paid and will be sued. I told them I do not have such a loan and they are harrasing me.  He got lounder and more threating and said you will be sued.  I said fine, take me to court and hang up the phone. These guys need to be stoped. They call me at work, home and on my cell. scum bags!!!

Same thing here had my attorney call them they are fake. Never took out a thing from them. They have my SS number and my bank account number some how. Said they were given my stuff from Cash America never got anything from them they said i  owe 365. The guy got cocky and started playing a sex tape over the phone even. The guy has a bad accent. I'm thinking of going to the police with it.
