This guy is such an ass!  He calls from many, many different numbers and when you call back the number (on the caller ID) is no longer in service or the call can not be completed.  Occasionally the caller will leave a message and his call back number is (806) 977-9515.  When I called that number the man who answered the phone sale "Law office" or something similar.  I asked him to remove my phone number from his call list.  He said he could not but would be turning the matter over to the authorities.  I said "What matter? Remove my phone number from you call list."  He said he could not.  I told him I know you are not calling from a legal office. There is no legal matter pending that would need to be investigated and you are a total FRAUD!  He hung up on me.  I called back and said to remove my number.  He hung up.  I called back.  He hung up.  I called back....He blocked my number!  Success!  I'm also reporting that number to the FTC.  

just called me and told him that I had pulled his number up on google and saw your post!  He quickly hung up!!!!!

Left message saying it was a time sensitive matter. Had a similar problem from another number. Fraud all the way. Just put number on block list.

Called me also talking about they had a warrant issued for my arrest I'm the prime suspect in a criminal case but wen I asked for the info he hung up I called back and aske wat law firm he represent he gavee sum bs frm spearman Texas but the zip code was a Cali zip code smh I'm filing a fraudulent law suit & harraent charges against thm

This number keeps calling my place of employment & never leaves a message please have this number removed 866.761.7376. It is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He just called me told him I knew it was a scam and he said he was going to continue to call and there was nothing i could do. So i told him try me. He has no idea who he is dealing with.

This is not the first time i have dealt with this "Gavin Smith"‧ this company has continuously harrassed my parents, and now they have started harassing my employer. This is complete and absolute b.s. and does anyone know how to make a formal complaint? i am at risk of losing my job because of the harrassment, can anyone help?

I received 8 calls, 3 voicemails from Robert Plack yesterday, WHAT an a**H***!!!! I do not answer numbers I do not know,if it is important, they will leave a NONSCAMMING voicemail,that is in ENGLISH!!!!!Today I blocked the number, let's see how long it takes him to come up with a NEW number and SCAM!!!

I received 10 calls from this #, they call my work place at least 5 times a day - they always threaten that the Sheriff's office will be by with a  warrant for my arrest.   I told them to remove my # and do not call my place of employment ever again.  I also told this A$$H*&% that I was turning his # over to my local FBI office and I would meet them at the Sheriff's office just name the time.  That pissed them off - they will keep calling from different numbers - just keep telling them you will meet the Sheriff with coffee and donuts ready!  They usually hang up.  

The above sounds familiar I also have received numerous calls from this idiot. He has also called my employer and told my co-workers that "I will be picked up at my employment for a emergency legal matter". I have filled a complaint with FTC. If I need be I will track this SOB down and use my GLOCK :) Well, maybe not but I will be pursuing this to help all victims of this nonesense.

I received two calls and a voicemail today. He also called my place of employment and left a message. When I called back he told me I was the prime suspect in a legal matter and asked if I had an attorney. I said no I do not. I don't know any details about this case what is this about? He informed me that would be arrested tomorrow. At that point I just hung up the phone.

Just got the same phone call from this idiot.  I asked who was filing a complaint and told me he had to transfer me to the paralegal department.  So as I speak with the next idiot, I ask him the same question, "Who is filing a charge against me?" He beats around the bush and will not answer the question.  So I got angry and told him that he either tells me who filed a complaint or I will report him and his company instead.  He apparently didn't like my tone and said he will not answer anymore of my questions until I apologize to him.  I told him it will be a cold day in hell before that happens.  He starts to say I will be arrested tomorrow and blah blah.  I juts hung up.  If he calls back and asks for my attorney's information, I will tell him that I am an attorney, maybe that will stop the calls.

Question to those of you that have posted on here, have any of you ever applied for a payday loan?  I think that is where this is stemming from.  I have gotten some weird calls ever since I applied for one a few months ago.

I received tbe same message from mr walker. He proceeded to tell me that  I would be arrested and I owe 8 000 ya ok.... I aske had the suit against me he said american credit lending services. I asked for the phone number he said why I said that I can call and make arrangements. He said he couldnt give me the number im like ya then stop calling my work 12 times a day.

Has anybody got arrested yet?

So I just called back and asked what law service he said Robert and something I asked to spell it again he hung up on me I called back back and asked for the creditors phone number he hung up I called again he blocked my call lol stupid people!!!!

Yes, I applied for a payday loan, that's how I KNOW that this is stemming from this. I looked back at my caller ID and lo and behold, the same people who offered me a loan of "up to 10,000$" were the same people who have been harassing me, my parents and my employers. Complete and absolute BS!!!
