    This guy thinks he can trick people by claiming to be the Canadian Liver foundation which is 100% pure BS. The call is coming out of Fort Frances Thunder Bay. I looked up the number at the Canadian liver Founddation contact list and this number is not even listed on their page. I dialed *67 and then 1807 788 1396 and a recording comes on and the guy starts talking in French at first then to English.

    I just called the Canadian Liver Foundation, and they confirm that the telephone number 807 788-1396 is a valid number, not a scam or prank caller.
