my son, a minor just received a phone call on his brand newcell and no message was left.
I am concerned about him having a cell to begin with, and moreso when creeps are able to access his number.

Answered, heard a man say "i'm sorry" and he hung up.

This number just called my cell phone, says it is from Des Moines, IA.  I tried to call it back and it was disconnected. I want to know how to get my cell phone number on the national do not call list, but I was also told that there is no such thing for cell phones because of the networks that we are signed on with allowing our numbers to be sold.  Great.

was a scam. left a voicemail that said to lower your interest rates press this number, I called the number back and it says "this number is disconnected!!!"

Just received this call. iPhone said "Flint, MI" as the location and it sounded like an automated voice saying "I'm sorry" and then it hung up.

Just rec'd a call on my cell from this phone # (810-232-5451).  When I answered I got a recording saying "I'm Sorry" and disconnecting.  I called this number back and got a "This # is disconnected message".  It's supposedly a landline in Ameritech's domain (Flint, MI)

This voicemail left on my phone: debt collectors.  Debt consolidation and other services revolving around credit cards.  WOW.  The number they gave to call back was 877-723-1426.

Same thing happened to me, I answered the caller from ( 810-232-5451) said "I'm sorry" then hung up. Called the number that Delia listed 877-723-1426 varified as a debt consolidation co. she said a Women "Lisa" had called me. I asked the person to delete my number from the call list. I hope it she does.

Add me to the list of those receiving the "I'm sorry" phone call.

I just got the same "I'm sorry" message.

start getting it since yesterday. first my cell, then my phone. I wonder what would it gain from calling people, then just said" i am sorry"  and hang up!

I never pick up a call that isn't in my own address book, but I just got a call for the first time from this number.  Obviously a robo-call.  Just add it to your address book and use "JunkCall1" for this one.  Then you can add more numbers to JunkCall1 under home phone, fax number, pager number, alternate number, whatever your service provides. I can place six bad numbers under one name on my cell.  When I fill up JunkCall1 I'll add JunkCall2, etc.  It keeps you from being tempted to answer in the future.

I just got this call with the same "I'm sorry" response, in Flint,MI. I talked to a friend who knows a little about these strange calls, and he said "it's a way to trace phones". I don't know if it's true but there's a number you can call to tell if your being traced. I forgot it but I'll do some more research.

Just got the same number on my COMPANY PHONE.  Absurd.

I just got a call from this number 8102325451 .  No voice , no message.
