Called land-line: 04/16/2012.  No message left.  CID: "PUBLICSAFETY123".  CID# 8102353482.  Caller Location: Flint, MI.  Call Type: TeleMarketer (?).

Received a  call from caller with the CID name of PUBLICSAFETY123, phone number 517-332-1617. Guessing we didn't rate the 800 number since we're localish. No message on VM, so guessing they didn't have much to say that I'd want to hear.

We keep getting calls from this number continuously !  It comes up on the caller ID as PUBLIC SAFETY 123.  Getting tired of constantly being interrupted even though we are on the "DO NOT CALL" list.  Doesn't it apply to them?

Public Safety 123. Many different numbers for these people. My CID  said 231-597-9605. Also use wireless caller numbers and Wolverine Productions. Same outfit trying to drum up money for your local police, fire departments. I just don't answer any of them anymore.

They've called our office 4 times in the last 2 days, looking to speak to the president of our company. They never want to leave a voicemail though---just keep saying that they'll try back later. Luckily I can tell from the caller ID, and the way they mispronounce his name, that they are not someone he needs to speak with.

Since they're collecting money for fire/police departments, they're probably a non-profit. I believe those types of organizations, as well as political campaigning, are exempt from the No Not Call list....unfortunately.

Using local area code to fool people.  They don't fool me.

Called our office said they were calling from fraternal order of police - I told them we don't make donations over the phone and his response was - oh, of course we never ask people to make donation over the phone, we can come to your office and pick up a donation.

Also called my home landline and I asked him to take me off his calling list - he said he would. We'll see.

keep getting calls from 810-235-2469 as PublicSafety123 - my experience says they are professional fundraisers that get more $$ than the organization they purport to represent.   I can make a direct contribution to the local police/fire and they get all the money.

Asked for a mrs xxxx (who does not live here) and said there was a big name country artist concert going on and that they are selling tickets and asked if we can count on ticket purchases. Don't answer.... Fraudulent. Hang up..
