    Did not answer call from Flint, MI which was received on cell phone.  Message was to lower interest rate on an account recording did not identify.  Another number to block.

    Called us today at 2:27PM EDT.  Not in and they didn't leave a message.  Thanks to all who satisfied my curiosity as to WHAT Scam this was!  Now I can REPORT to the DNC.

    Despite NOT ANSWERING these calls, and NEVER falling for ANY of their SCAMS, we seem to get EVERY SCAM call that comes down the pike.
