Strange number.. never seen it before. Robotic voice saying my debit card had been disabled... press 1 to reactivate.  The company name was hard to make out so I hung up and logged into my account.. nothing wrong there... thinking it's a scam

Yeah  got the same cripe  here.....called twice  first time left a voice mail....and all it was ...was elevator music  then hung up..

the second time was what you mentioned....  ( Colorado )......my accounts seem fine....no issues to speak of....

sounds like a scam.... probably is..... and if the bank had an issue....a person would call me not a robot.

This phone number is for Universal Credit Services in Hartland, Michigan. They are a collections agency for University of Michigan Health Systems and other medical providers. Their 800# is 800-931-3711.

Looked it up on Google.  Number is registered to a credit agency in Hartland.  A woman asked me if i was Sonya P.  I said I was not that person.

I have had the same people calling me as well! Very rude and non stop calling, spoke with a lady (denise czarnecki) that sounded drunk and racist.

Got a message from a lady, if it's a robo call you shouldn't use someone with a lisp as it's difficult to understand.  This voicemail was left on my work number, which not many people have so I'm guessing that it's a scam.  I have no outstanding debt to collect and plan to ignore this initial phone call.  If I get more, I'll have to see what all this bull poo-poo is about.

Got the same call so I did not answer

They’ve called three times. It’s a credit agency for the University of Michigan.  I have never been treated at the UOM so I’ll treat this as a scam call.

Answered a call from this number to the office I'm a gatgekeeper for and immediately the girl began rattling off that she was calling from UCS & that we had sent them an accoutn for collections. I cut her off before she could go on and told her she had to speak to our Accounting department then transferred her to them. I'm guessing scam call based on other posts.

University of Michigan Health Services uses them and probably others-for unpaid medical bills.
Pisses me off- they know I am in a law suit from a car accident.
It just screws up your credit.

Calls asking to verify my information without telling me who the heck they are or why they are calling, talk like I'm a child saying "in order for us to tell you who we are, first we need you to verify some information, anyone can answer your phone." I in turn answer "this goes the same way, anyone could be calling me, I dont give out my information just because someone asks!"
Look with all of the scam calls or whatnot, sorry not going to just give you my personal information. As she kept saying "well, its a personal matter" just because it could be spam, a debt collector or whomever they are do they think we are all going to fall for these BS tricks. Sorry, if you need me for something you can at least tell me who TF you are, don't have to even say much more after that. Rude, claimed sent mail, and called with messages frequently. I've no messages nor do I have record of this number on file....no thank you!!

I had the exact same experience!! no im not giving out my personal info to a stranger that cant tell me who they are or what they are calling about!
