A woman asked for my parents and quickly hung up when I told her they were not available.

My first call from this number, a hang-up. Caller-id read Almont, MI.

Just recd a call from Almont MI (Michigan) as ID. The phone rang once and then they hung up.  Who knows what scam they are up to.  Almont is a village in Lapeer County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 2,674 at the 2010 census. It's about 40 miles north of Detroit MI
I wouldn't have answered anyways since it appeared to me as a crank/scam call.  So tired of these!!!!

My second call from this number in 3 days, a hang-up. Caller-id read Almont, MI.

Call and they let the answering machine record the hang up, beep, beep, beep.  Very annoying. If you have AT&T you can block these numbers. Unfortunately, they just go to another number to harass you!. Almont, mi on caller ID.

4:51 pm on October 9, 2014 – Received call from “Altmon, MI” phone number 810-673-8652. I didn't answer call. Although the caller left no message, the male caller did say my name on the recording. The caller knew who was being contacted. I contacted Texas Attorney General Office's about the call and reported the number. I'm on the “Do Not Call List.” FIGHT BACK. Contact your State Attorney General's Office!!!

I reported calls to the Attorney General, Secret Service and one other organization as well as complained to my state senator, Al Franken and nobody cares and nobody does one thing about it.  You're wasting your time.  Why can criminals call us and try to steal our money day in and day out?  I give up.

If you receive a call from this number and actually speak to a live person, chances are they will have an Indian accent. Despite what appears on your CID, they are not calling from Altmont MI.

Tell the caller you are fully aware they are committing international fraud because they are, in fact, calling via an Airtel Mobile account which you have just traced to Andhra Pradesh in India and you will be reporting their identity to Interpol through your State's Attorney General's Office and the Indian consulate in your area.

Further inform them that, in addition to criminal penalties, you will be seeking financial redress from them under any & all applicable UN Restitution Treaties in recompense for their attempts to criminally victimize you through the commission of transnational financial fraud so you will require the name, address and fax number of their Advocate.

Then wait to see if you can hear the sound of them wetting their pants.

(Hey, if the slackers in the federal government are too lazy and/or incompetent to properly do the jobs they are being handsomely paid by the taxpayers to do and effectively protect the American people from these international thieves, we'll just have to step up to the plate and take care of it ourselves.)

Message left on my answering machine with heavy breathing but no voice message.  Background noises suggest a marketing or scammer/phishing calling center (lots of faint noises of other people talking).  Spoofed number.  Likely a scam of some kind.  Love the above post, but who knows whether it is accurate.

Said they were from a Leukemia Society.
Caller id says out of area, even though 810 is in the area.

These people had name and address and said they were collecting for charity and would send pledge card. Just don't believe program.

The caller hung up after one ring.  Out of curiosity I called the number (810 673-8652).  I got an automated answer stating it's the customer service line of Innovative TeleServices and that they do fund raising for a number of charities.  I have now blocked their number.

I just let all these calls roll to VM and hit delete I dont even bother to see if they leave a message..even if they do I dont listen to it..I just see the machine blinking and hit delete. after they waste so much time calling a line that never picks up..they give up. I just push my phone to the lowest amount of rings and let it go there, you can even set caller Id to appear on your tv screen. once I see any # I dont know..I never even bother picking up the phone!

Answered call. Got good English speaking female telling me they are wanting pledges for a child leukemia organization. She talked long, said they were based in New York, said they have not mailed any thing yet, and asked if she could count on my support.
Told her no cancer here, no children, and do not call again.
Have a new Panasonic phone that has call blocking, likely requires Called-ID to function. Many calls are blocked now including this call.

This number is Innovative Telecommunications group for charities which are exempt from being put on the do not call list.
Call the number listen and wait for a delay. It will prompt you to put on "their" do not call list, which would take up to 30 days.

Just got call but it hung up. Suspect this is some crank or scammer. Will block number in meantime. Caller Id says Almont, Mi which could be fake.

I listened for a message from this number, but the caller hung up.

Telemarketer that can use 810-673-8666 also.  Block them.

Just blocked the number. Done with the hang ups.

I got a call from this number today. The lady tried to out talk me, the person claim they where raising money for the Leukemia Organization in New Jersey, but know that that is  not the real name.  The real name is the Children Leukemia Organization and they do take online donation, hair and other things to help these children.

I told her "no thank" and  to take my number out of the database, but she keep talking. So I had to ask for a supervisor ( which i doubt it was one) but let them know please stop calling me.
