Keeps callimg. No message

Call came in on call waiting but I didn't answer it. Stated Fenton, MI.
IN googling the number, it came up as Goodell's Flowers in Goodell, MI which isn't even in the same county as Fenton! weird...

Called and after saying "hello" several times, a man on the other end finally spoke up to say that he was calling from Veterans Appreciation Organization.   Never heard of them!  Definitely not in the top 10 of Veteran Charities.

No such thing as Goodell's Flowers.  There are other companies that deliver to Goodell, MI that pop up when googling the number. But I am looking into who in Fenton is soliciting donations for Veterans.

Group is a scam.  The vets get essentially no services.  90% of contributions go to fundraisers.  Google up the name of "charity" and you'll see what's up with them.

Azzholes from this number call & don't have the gonads, much less common courtesy to leave a message.  SCAMMERS.  Just repeated harassing hangup calls.  SCAMMERS.  Beware and don't pick up, answer, or return calls to any number you did not call yourself nor recognize.  Doing so only confirms a valid number and a possible time to call & get an answer (you); all of which is valuable info for these SCAMMERS to use themselves or sell to other SCAMMERS out there just waiting to prey upon you.  Protect your personal info at all costs...

CID said Michigan Call. I don't answer any unknown calls anymore but when I've answered in the past it's been someone trying to collect donations for veterans. I believe they're scammers since they collect for anyone and everyone.

Lite on my caller ID was out, thought it was someone family,  They didn't speak, so I hung up.  However, since it's Sunday and any of these worthless calls aren't allowed  on Sunday , a formal complaint on that number can be filed.   It'll at least  bring that number to the attention in complaints.  Am doing just that.

Keep calling no one says anything just hangs up. Calls several times same results.

Have received several calls from this number over past 2 weeks. I don't answer and they never leave a message. Ignore this number based on other posts on this site.

Number came up as Fenton, MI.  When someone finally spoke to me, he said he was with American Veterans Support Organization, looking for a $15 or more donation. He was willing to send a pledge card, I told him I had heard of a scam, I would check them out and then donate. He asked for credit card information, I repeated "not until I have done my research". He asked me to commit to the pledge, so I told him again, very clearly, that after I did my research and determined if they were legitimate I would make the donation. He then transferred me to a woman to confirm.

The woman then asked if I was comfortable donating the $15, I said after I have done my research. She thanked me , took my name and address, and then ask for my credit or debit card number. I repeated, not until I have done my research. She said she understood my suspicion and AGAIN asked for my debit or credit card number. I told her she was a hoax and I was hanging up no. Pretty sure they are up to no good.

the person who talks is a robot.. It will do the work irregardless of your words.
Bad enough they call and harass now they use a robot to do the dirty work. There is no answer you can give to app listease them in anyway. A hang up is you can do then report them to the DNC

Thanks for the info.  This is Memorial Day weekend and they called.  Don't know anyone from Fenton.  I just picked up the phone and hung it up.  I'm all for supporting our Veterans but not through a scam!!
