I'm going to guess it's GC Services, a collection agency contracted by some big banks, state governments, etc.

I never answer, but they never leave a voicemail... It's annoying! They call at least once every couple of days.

This is a collection agency for I guess county businesses.  They did actually leave a message on voice mail.  The message said what the call was about and if it wasn't who they asked for you are suppose to call a certain I hink it was a 800 number.

This was a call from the local Seattle library. They left a message stating that I owe them money and to contact the library as soon as possible. The debt collection agency that was contracted for this debt was called "Unique". For me, they left a professional, detailed message with plenty of time to ensure that you are who they are trying to reach and time to find a private place to receive the message. Being in debt sucks, but hey, at least they weren't jerks about it....

This is Unique National Collections. Apparently I forgot to return a library book when I moved, and they left a message saying I need to contact my library. Oops.

From the other messages here, it seems these people do alot of calls for overdue library books.

I did answer by mistake but no one was on the other end.  After reading these posts it probably is for a library debt I know I have.  I will contact the library directly.

Yes, it was a collection agency for lost books at my local library. I returned them but I guess they still charge you the late fees.

The call is from a bill collector. Mine was in regards to a library debt too. A recorded message on the answering machine told me to contact my local library in regards to the debt. I'm surprised that they're going through all this to collect 30 bucks.
