Screen said SSI. NO one there, only a beep. Def a scam or selling phone numbers

I get calls from 373-6580, 329-3661 and 373-6587 several times per day. Caller ID displays as SSI (Survey Sampling International). Someone has left a message twice, once asking for me by name. The caller identifies the company as Rock Creek and claims it is not a sales call.

When my phone rang I immediately looked at the caller ID. I did not recognize the identity.
However, it DID say SSI which made me think of Social Security so I answered it and I had
to say 'hello' TWICE. Then a female voice came on and assured me that she was not out to
sell me anything, just wanted to ask me some questions.
I answered her by saying, "I'm sorry I do no answer questions from someone I do not know."

SSI  812-373-6580 unrelenting unwanted stupid [***] won't give up!

I got a call from 812-373-6580 at 8:48 p.m. I have caller id so did not answer...said Columbus, IN. They did not leave a message.

left message said wanted to talk to me said my name said was was regarding medaid and medicare  caller ID said SSI I remember seeing SSi 2 or 3 times before on the phone but no message.

Out of nowhere I started getting calls from Rock creek school system hundreds of miles away never any relationship. Stopped that 5 mos ago, 2 mos after these calls started...no one talks or answers call backs, however there are repeat calls daily.

they called me and ask if I was an adult I just hung up!

It was a man on the other line. There was a lot of background noise. He said he needed to speak with the person in charge regarding our internet provider as he is doing research. I said that the person in charge is not available and if I could take a message. The man said "maybe you could help me, are you familiar with your internet provider?" I said that I would feel more comfortable if he got those answers from the boss and that he is unavailable. Then I asked what company he was with and he just gave me a generic "i'm with a market research firm, thanks, i will call back another time." Then he hung up.

The number had ssi as name.  I did not recognize number so did not answer.  No message left.    Nuisance  calls .
