calls and then hangs up

I never actually answer when it rings, but I get called by this number (and what look to be several variations on it) several times a week. The calls are almost always at night, between about 8:00 and 9:00. The exchange I recognize as being Indiana University, but I can't figure who would be calling me from IU at night.

Call came from Indiana to Kansas at 20:58 (illegal). Call not answered and no message left. Caller ID said In UIV so I assume Indiana University as our son went there over 20 years ago.

I rec'd a call from this number one evening. He wouldn't say his name, or where he is calling from, or what he wanted. I found that very strange~  "IF" he was from Indiana Univ, why wouldn't he say that when I asked what he wanted??   Be careful !!!!   Think twice about giving any personal info to this guy!

It's the IU foundation asking for money. They usually call all former students and parents in the evenings. I never answer.

They call of the time and never leave a message. No on in my family went to Indiana University or U of I. No idea why they keep calling my cell phone.
