rings one time and hangs up .. don't know who it is or what they want. can't call back

Received a call from this number.  When I picked up, a recorded message, "Please hold for a message for this number."  No one came on for almost a minute before I hung up.

Called back to the number, "Welcome to Capital One..." was the recorded greeting.

This number is from Capital One credit card company.

They call everyday 2-3 times and even on weekend.

I received a call from this phone and they ask for my name. whoa are those people?

The message I got was about opportunities at Capital One.  I assume it's to open up a higher credit card account.

you all owe money to capital one...thats why theyre calling you to extend further opportunities your way to pay...idiots! lol ...they called me too

These people call everyday about 2 and 3 times a day even on Sunday. The calls start around 8 in the morning. Most times it rings once and hang up. I am pretty sure they are the same people that call 3 and 4 times a day everyday from an unknown number also. How do I get them to stop calling?

Its a collection agency for Capitol one.

A lday called me from this number and asked if she could help me.  I said you called me.  She said no, you called me.  After arguing for many minutes, I asked her if we could meet up later so I can donkey punch her.  About 4 hours later I gave her a donkey punch in the back seat of my mercedez.  I hope she calls back.

I got three calls in a period of an hour, did not recognize the number, then i did not answer, it is a pain.

Yeah, it's Captial One and yeah I have a charge card with them, NO, It's not past due, it is current.  And when I call this number back, I get an automated system that wants me to say my credit card number.  Yeah, right, I'm going to say my credit card number to a recording when I have no idea who it is or what they intend to buy.  If it is Captial One, why are they calling people who are not past due.  I paid more than my minimum payment on 2/5/10, due date was 2/11/2010.  and I am STILL getting these calls every single day several times and it is 2/17/10.  I won't owe a payment until 3/11/10.  So stop leaving message on my cell and burning up my cell phone minutes LINDA.......If I could find you I would slap you!

Good old Robo Linda at Capitol One. This will make phone number #11 for them programmed into my phone. They are such a pig of a company I can't wait to be rid of them.
