This "business" keeps calling my cell phone while I am at work; I do not answer.  The message left on voice mail is that the call is for Joel Martin ... that there will be a three second delay and if you remain on the line, you are acknowledging that you are Joel Martin.  I have had this telephone number for 15+ years and it has been listed on the National Do Not Call registry since the inception of "Do Not Call." Not only am I *not* the person they are allegedly attempting to reach, I don't know anyone by that name.  I have no unpaid/overdue debts (lucky these days, I know) so there is absolutely no reason for a collection agency to be calling my number.  Each time a call comes from 813-251-0802, I file a complaint online at donotcall.gov.

I too am getting repeated calls from this number and they leave a voicemail. I looked up the number and it says it is Paul Read at    Preferred Collection Management Service.
It says it is for Lawerance Clark about a debt this time.
Previous times it has been the same but for a different person.
This is very annoying, costs me airtime and I would like a stop put to it.
