i want to know who owns this #.

this # shows up in my caller i.d. as a safety equipment co. called my home looking for a person with my first and last name (had the wrong person)

This call was about collecting a credit card debt, however, the caller ID was from a safety equipment company.

813-262-0129x334 was a call today from a guy by the name of David Carpenter.(or so he says)  He wanted to speak with my son.  He gave me a file # and said something about how he wanted attorney information for trouble he got into.
He said he was MIG Capital. I wasked him what kind of firm and he said a Mediation firm.

just had the same "person"  MIG capital tampa florida,  wouldn't give information to me when I called from a different number. when I questioned the nature of their firm they gave me a spiel and eventually hung up on me when I kept on questioning.  is this a scam?

MIG Capital is the new name for Tyler & Morgan Acquisitions - a debt collection firm.

Have been getting tons of debt collection calls for two females who apparently had my phone number before I got it 2 months ago.  These callers harass us all the time, will not believe we aren't the deadbeats.  Even abusing my teenager when she tells them they have the wrong number.  I have called them back when possible and believe me when I am done with them they don't call back.  I won't call this one, however, because it's long distance and I will not use my cell phone - don't want them to start harassing me on my own phone when I am not even the person they are looking for.  What a bunch of bottom-feeding scum.

Phone number 866-479-3664.  Does anyone have any information about this phone number?

I keep getting calls at all hours of the day and night from these two numbers that have nothing to do with me

813-574-0106 and 813-262-0129 They say they are some sort of Law Firm  and i have called them and told them i do not have contact with the person and they are calling my cell phone. They are based out of Florida and I have never lived in florida.

I received a call from a David Carpenter, 813-262-0128, MIG Capital. Looking for my estranged wife. I did not talk to him, he left a voice message. Don't know how he got my cell #.

Rcvd call from MIG capital under number 813-262-0128 xt347 from a Kelly Jones, their other #866-479-3664.  confuse us with some other folks as well

call was from mig capital 813-574-0106. have received 5 calls asking for my husbands daughter, which we have no contact & she doesnt even have my phone #. "they said would add me to the lawsuit"when i said i was going to report them for their harassing calls since after the 1st call they said they would remove my # from their list and proceeded to call again & again.

Yes, Ms Jones called looking for my husband, then looking for my father in law... when i asked what the company did, the lady was extremely rude and about hung up on me. She said she couldn't disclose the info, federal rules. Then I said that by Florida Sunshine Law, she could at least tell me what the company was, I did not want any info on the matter, just what the company was. She refused and just said the title. I am writting the BBB to complain about it.

I have been receiving phone calls from this number saying there is a court date on a debt owed from seven years ago.They are pushing very hard for my debit card # but i have no idea who these people are.I'm not giving them anything until i verify this is a legitimate collection agency and not some scam artist.

This is not a scam , sorry that u feel that way , it is very important business for you or whom ever they are trying to reach ...................you will not know unless you call back.................so please stop assuming.
