Called 3 times already every time I answer stays silent or sounds choppy

Call no voice mail called back busy

Calls every time and says good bye, Then hangs up!!

3 rd day in a row get a call, called them back, either busy or answers and then hangs up.
I just blocked the number.

has called several times in past week - leaves no message - answered once and it said goodbye -   is this big brother-obamanation nsa gathering info?  lost all trust level and getting conspiracy oriented

Soon as I pick up the phone it says goodbye and hangs up. I just started getting this call after I got a call yesterday from 347 166 5870 talking about I won a grant worth $9000. I feel they are connected in some way. Scams.

I got my first - and hopefully only - call from this number this morning.  Called back; busy signal every time.  This might possibly be a census of SOME kind that someone/some company/some country, including our own, is doing - for whatever reason.  I shudder to think!  I don't trust happenings such as this.  SOMEbody's making it happen, and it doesn't sound good at all!

Got a call on my cell phone from this number today for the second time, once in the morning, then just now! I'm sick of it. Either you say something or don't call anymore. I will make sure I send it to voicemail if it calls back. I don't care if you leave a message or not. My motto is: if you don't leave a message it wasn't IMPORTANT!

And when you click on the blue 'report' line above for unwanted calls, I'm wondering:  Who are we reporting to?  Hmmmm??   If we can't get them to answer the first time, why call back a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th time, just to hang up again?   Espionage maybe?  Government coming in?  I agree; block this number.

company said one insurance company then sold my number to dozens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called back and got through, they were trying to sell me insurance, I told them to f off and stop calling me.
