Get calls every day from "david gray" about pension violation and to call him or he will report ne to loval magistrate.... On dnc list and yet calls every day

Oh, the horror!  A "pension violation"!  What nonsense will these scammers think of next?  The DNC registry only works for legitimate and law-abiding businesses - which your callers are not, so if your phone has a block feature, use it.  Or look into buying a call blocker (you can get a good one for about $40).

A person identifying themselves as David Grey has been calling incessantly.  We don't pick up calls for unidentified numbers.  The voice message keeps repeating: "do not ignore this  message since it is an enforcement action of the US Treasury and a significant issue for a court appearance before a magistrate judge or grand jury for a federal or criminal offense.  They say that they want to help you and to call 813-336-6680.  They just are doing it over and over again.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Call David @ 813-366-6680 and tell him to come fetch.

This "David Gray" has been calling daily with threats that the Treasury Department was going to get me for some IRS violation.  He goes on to warn that mayhem will befall me if I "ignore" his call.   I have ignored his call everytime.

David Gray calls several times a week and leaves a message that we must contact him about a Treasury Dept. action and if we don't call he will have to report us.  He says he wants to help us.  Why can't someone stop these people from trying to scam innocent people??

Just got a call . . . I think this is the second call in two days. I know it is a hoax/scam. "David Gray" says it is something about an income issue and I'll be reported to a 'magistrate' and that he wants to help. I am adding the number to my 'blocked calls' on my answering machine/phone which works pretty well.

Also on DNC list which I think just invites all the criminals to do so!  Received this call from the same David Gray.  Feel very sorry for anyone innocent enough to fall for this threat.

Same threatening language regarding 2nd attempt will lead to magistrate action - says to call 813 - 336 - 6680.  I knew a scam but I sure wish it could be easily stopped other than through verizon's blocked call list - limited to 12 and limited to local or regional only.  The phone company should be able to control and monitor this type of fraudlent nonsense.

Received this call a few times.  "David Gray" claiming to be US Treasury and matter will go to Magistrate and Grand Jury.   He talks with foreign accent.

Just received a call from this number.  Again, "David Gray" called to say that it was a pension issue and that if I didn't respond, it was going before a US Magistrate.  Who's kidding whom?  Mr. Gray is a predator.  Don't respond to his calls.  If it was a pension issue, you would have been notified by the pension fund and not Mr. Gray.

Davy called here too today.  I kind of thought he might be saying Grick instead of Gray...  Whatever.  My caller ID captured +11 81 33 366680, but Davy suggested calling 813-336-6680.  Or I get in trouble with the Magistrate Judge...?  Baloney.

Robo call from a David Grey claiming I was involved in suspected pension fraud and had to contact him.

The number calling me incessantly and threatening IRS action is 567-258-0019
I wish I could be able to stop these calls

I had the same experience as the others listed here - a robo call from a David Gray threatening that if I don't call them back for their assistance, some type of dire consequence will follow from the Tresuary - got two today, one yesterday

Said I had to pay $6973 in back taxes from 2010 immediately or a warrant will be served in 45 minutes and the metro financial police were going to arrest me for a 30 day jail sentence. Lol
