I've received two calls from this number within the last 24 hours, both times it was a robo-call promising to help reduce my credit-debt. Interesting, as I don't even have a credit-card. What really has me curious is that I received these calls after using PayPal with my debit card. Maybe it's a coincidence, but that's really thrown me off of using PayPal ever again.
On both calls I pressed 9 as instructed to speak with a live assistant, and the first time it rang & rang, finally getting an out-of-breath man whom I could barely understand. When I asked what this was in reference to, he simply hung up. The second call I did as before and got a more professional-sounding woman asking if I was interested in reducing my credit-card debt, but when I asked how they got my number and explained that I didn't have a card, she hung up on me as well.
I tried calling the number back, and got a recorded message stating the box-holder could not receive messages. My caller ID shows this number as Florida, and doing a search brought me to this site which helped me register my number on the FTC Don't Call list. Thanks!

Has nothing to do with PayPal (much as I'd love to blame it on them). They just called here, mements ago.

I pressed 9 as instructed by Rachel to lower my rates, and got a guy on the phone that said he represented Visa and Mastercard, I said, which bank & he said "all of them". I said "which card?" "We can lower your interest rate on ALL of them!"

I then asked why they were calling me, and he said "the lenders are doing periodic reviews" and that I warranted the lower rate, so I asked him who he thought he was talking to, as in what he thought my name was.

He gave me the name of my husbands ex-wife who died six years ago......when I told him that he hung up.

Gee! and here I thought she was doing real well with her credit in the afterlife..

I recieved a call about lowering my credit card intrest rates from this number.  The only option they give is to press 9 to speak to an agent.  I pressed it because I wanted to talk to someone about removing my number from their calling list.  "Stephanie" picked up the line and when I informed her that I did not want to lower my intrest rates, but wanted to inquire about how to get my number removed she hung up on me.  I called back and got a recording about how that number isn't taking any calls.  I was really disgusted and would NEVER do business with a shady outfit like this.

I wonder why we keep filing our numbers with DO NOT CALL.  The FTC says THEY don't investigate; but, some other Agency MIGHT.  Remember when we had to REFILE?  More FEDS making MORE $$$, our phones KEEP RINGING.

They get to COLLECT their GUARANTEED FEDERAL SALARIES, BENEFITS & 30 Day VACATIONS while we suffer loses in Wages, Benefits & Jobs.

We keep hearing about the potential PAYMENTS to the CONSUMERS as a result of these abuses.  Is anyone other than the FEDS & the CROOKS making any money out of these scams?  Are these Federal Employees selling our NUMBERS for a PREMIUM $?  They sure are NOT STOPPING THEM.
When I called back on this hang-up it said, "subscriber can't receive messages"

I researched it and found the URL -

    https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-813-355-7202

which had numerous similar complaints and prior notifications to - www.donotcall.gov -
which have DONE NOTHING dating BACK OVER a YEAR [since June 2009] to abate this continuing problem.
Other than COLLECTING your FEDERAL SALARIES, VACATIONS, BENFITS & JOBS - when we are losing our JOBS - will you DO ANYTING?
I/we keep being REQUIRED to REFILE our requests; YOU GET PAID to FILE the DATA and the CALLS KEEP COMING! ! !  There is NOTHING like FEDERAL JOB SECURITY & GUARANTEED INCOME – RESULTS are
