me too - didn't recognize #, didn't answer and they didn't leave a message

My phone did not ring, but when I turned my phone on, this number was listed as a misssed call.  I don't know anyone with this number and would like to block it, but not quite sure how to do that.  I'm a fairly new smartphone user.

My advice is not to ever return a calll to a phone number that you do not know.
Scammers are all over the place.

You can go to the Google Play Store, put in a search for call and text blocker to use on your iPhone or Android. There are a few free ones on there.

But I still recommend everyone to still report it in on the national http://DoNotCall.Gov website. The more reported, the Feds will pay attention to and do something about it. Even on their own website news they've reported shutting down some of them.

Just a single ring to my cell phone, then nothing. I didn't answer. Since I'm already registered on the Donotcall.gov list I'll just report it there. Although, not this number I'm complaining about, but another one once sent me a text, the Donotcall.gov then directed me to another govt site to report the texted one there which I think was related directly to the Federal Trade Commission(FTC) site. My cell phone doesn't show caller name ID anyhow, but the number only, unless comes through as "Anonyous."

I got a call from this number. I called back on my fax line.
A recording answers for some place called Reward Redemption. I visited some site, (I don't recall doing so), that they are associated with and want to offer me a $100.00 gift card, "just press one". You can opt out by pressing two. I chose to just hang up.
I miss the days when telemarketers weren't recordings. It's hard to make a machine cry...

Received a call on my cell phone. I didn't answer, and they left no message. From comments, this seems to be the same group who also called my cell phone from 813-359-8662.

My cell phone was called by this number. One ring, then nothing. I Googled the number and found you all...  Blocked from future calls now.......

As with most others, enough of a ring to register, hung up!  A pop-up (from a security app I've got) came up as 'Suspicious call'.  Agreed!

Many calls to my cell, never leave a message.  Two calls after 11:00 pm and one at 2:49 am.
