Received a call on my cell in Rhode Island at about 6:30 PM on January 5. The caller, "Charles", sounded like a real person and left a message about help with my Obamacare account to avoid tax implications. I don't have Obamacare. He said to call 1-888-575-1448 for more info. That number is not in 800notes and I didn't call lit.

I got the same call from Charles today. He left a vm talking about Obamacare and avoiding tax implications... I just knew he sounded fishy and fake saying he had my number in his desk but didn't even mention my name in the vm... Smh

This caller left a voicemail saying that he is from Obamacare and that I should call him back concerning potential tax complications.

Got a call from someone at 6:30 pm January 5th claiming to be Charles from the "Obamacare open enrollment center"  offering to help me get set up to avoid tax implications.  He did not mention me by name but read off a phony registration number and asked me to call back at 1888-575-1448.  Caller ID says Plant City, FL.

Yep, just like the others, it was for "Obamacare". I've never had Obamacare, never needed it, have had my own insurance. He said basically same thing others said, had my number on his desk something like "Charles from Obamacare, from my local area. looking on desk for my number, e477 my registration number." All lies, I've never signed up. Beware! Scammer scamming!!

Got a call from "Charles" who claims he is from Obama Care, and said he had my number on his desk, read off some phoney file number e477, and wanted to help me avoid tax problems.  Asked me to call back at this number 888-575-1448.  First since I didn't know the number, I didn't answer, 2nd, this so called Charles, didn't mention my name when he called, and 3rd, I don't have obama care.  So it's all a SCAM.  I pray that older people don't fall for this.

Same call at 7:12 at night. Same registration number as the rest, same Charles guy, But called my wifes phone. Her number is not affiliated with the policy. Call said Plant, Florida.

Got two calls around 9:45 this morning. One ring and a hang-up, then a message left on my voicemail. "Charles" said something about Obamacare blah blah blah tax implications blah blah blah... Clearly a scam. Number is now blocked.

Said he was calling from my local region even though I live nowhere near Florida. This is definitely a scam (offered to help with taxes for obamacare). Would not suggest calling this number back, seems like he's leaving the same voicemail for everyone.

I too have received several calls from "813-365-3765" but have the number blocked on my iPhone.  Still, the calls are annoying!

same as the others, got a call from Charles this morning, left a number to call him back, didn't mention my name had a file number for me i've never had Obamacare i have my insurance, will not call back, do not call people this is a scam.

Received a call multiple times. Stating that he wanted to talk to me regarding obama care and tax implications. If he was legit he'd know I am already enrolled through marketplace... When I searched the number it appears to be cell so I texted him stating to stop calling. He keeps calling while I'm at work and it's getting really annoying. Obviously I'm not interested since I haven't returned any of his multiple calls/messages!

Same as everyone else. Charles explained how he had my "Obamacare" enrollment paperwork in hand, gave me a file number, and said he wanted to help me address any tax implications. Like others, I'm not on this plan, so it's obviously a scam. Also, no one actually offering this insurance would refer to it as "Obamacare." That's the media's (and now the public's) facetious name for it.

I just got this and copied down what he wrote.  He said the same exact thing to me.  My number is E477.  What a joke.  I guess everyone has the same number.  And then he told me to call back at 1-888-575-1448 and he said he was from my local area.  Right!

Same as others....even same claim number....interesting we all have the same claim number....and I don't live in FL but MI.....SCAM for sure.

Scam. Said the same thing as all the others to me. The first clue it was a scam is they used the term "obamacare" That term is only used in the political realm. Second, I've never had "Obamacare@

Two calls for me...I blocked him!!

scam! "Charles" left a message to sign up for Obama Care. the next morning "Dan" who has the same voice, left the same message but from a 213 area code LA number.

I got the same call from "Charles" regarding "Obamacare open enrollment" that others describe. Number E477, etc.
