I received a phone call from (813) 377-3198.  No message was left.  When I looked it up on Google, pops up as an India mobile number.  Not sure who is calling

They say that they are  collections agency and that they are collecting on a debit.....they call and don't leave messages and when you answer they talk so fast and then procede to tell you that you are rude and hang up on you.....

crooks trying to get my wife to pay 13,000 for a car repossessed in 2008 they want full payment for the car plus 6,000 prepossession fee total illegal ripoff.

This is a third party collection agency. (debt buyer skum) Ask them to send your contract where you signed to borrow the money from THEM and they of course will not be able to do that. If they call again tell them that you have contacted a Consumer Rights lawyer and will sue them under TCPA laws if they dont cease and desist. That will be the last you hear from them.
