The caller "Matthew Duke" is from the Tampa, Florida area. I received a call about 30 mins. ago stating there are "sealed documents" that only I can open.and failure to contact them regarding this matter would result in he and a small police force to come to my home. and a subpoena would be issued. This person had the last 4 digits of my social security number as well. I have no clue who this is.

Just received a call from a blocked number this forming from a lady who said her name is Amy Robinson and that she is a process server and that she's coming to serve me with a summons to appear in court and that I should call the law firm at 813-384-2925 to get further information.  She didn't tell me the name of the law firm or anything like that, but that I needed to call them and verify my home address and let them know where I work (yeah, right!) so that she can serve me.  I also got phone calls from other distant family members telling me they received a call from this same person looking for me.

Called my office, cell, home and wife once a day for 3 days straight from UNKNOWN telling me to call this number to settle. Have my address saying they are going to deliver a subpoena for a civil suit against me brought by a person I have never heard of. They are demanding $6,000 to "settle before court." They have the last 4 of my social and keep trying to "verify this is actually a suit against you by reading off your entire SSN, or providing a valid credit card number." They also want to in a sort schedule an appointment to deliver their so called subpoena, stating that if I am not available at home when they come at their specific time (10:00AM-2:00PM on a Monday) that the court will rule against me by default. These people think I'm an idiot, that's fine, keep calling, just more ammo for my harassment suit against them.

IDs as the office of Brad Hendricks. No company name.   Please leave a message, it says.    I imagine there are a lot of messages people would like to leave him.  

It was a lady who called me! They also called my parents house and my husband about me but never called my cell phone???? It's a scam!!! Don't even think about calling them back! If there is something to be delivered to you the State Marshall will deliver it or they will send you certified mail not a small police force to your house like they state! They are just trying to scare you to call them and give them your information!  DON'T CALL BACK!!!!

I received a phone call from this number as well as a unknown number stating they was going to have someone come to my house to serve me papers and that I was being sued by a payday loan place funny thing is when I called the payday loan place and asked them about it they said they aren't suing me and the person calling from that number is committing fraud to keep the number and stated that if they keep calling report it to the police and they will take it from there.
