I got a call from this number . Really strange think it's scammers.

This number called me and knew my name.  When I said yes, they hung up.  I called the number back and it says "out of service".

I have been receiving calls for an Amber for the last year. Now this number does the same thing. She has many lawsuits/judgements on her so I'm sure it's bill collector's. I've reported the Precision Tune bill collectors due to their constant harassment. Sounds like I'm not the only one having fun-NOT.

they just called me offering maintenance services for the property.

I just got a call about from them coming to fine tune the AC!!

relentless bunch of [***] that continue to call with ID showing STARNET. dont waste your time trying to
call the # back because it will say the # is out of service or disconnected.
these chumps dont even have the decency to wait to you pick up, they're gone before you have a chance
to curse them out for harassement.

Answered the phone they asked if it was me then hung up. Called number back and says out of service.

I called back and says out of service.

called me twice in less than a week. no message left.judging by all the varying responses the people get, i'm going to assume these are scammers.

Just a bunch of scammers calling to scam me out of my hard earned money.

They call everyday and hang up

Call me every day, never leave a message.  I'm going to block.

They call and then hang up, says number is out of service when you call back. Just blocked them.

Called today saying they had a free message from FPL regarding a rebate program. Claimed that any appliance purchased after 2008 could be eligible for a rebate. It  sounded like a bunch of hooey to me and I told the guy I was not interested. "You're not interested in saving money?" Told him no, I'm not and hung up. Will block this number in my Verizon FIOS services.

Calls every few days, disconnects as soon as I pick up. And of course, it's "not in service" if I call back.

I get a call everyday on my cell phone from this number and I don't answer numbers that I don't know.  I have
blocked it but it still comes through.  I get another one with the last four digits 1831 must be the same one.
