Called my cellphone and said they were trying to reach someone I never heard of...when I told them this, they hung up without any comment

called and told me they scheduled my farm for an audit the next day. Phone is not answered. They are fishing

They called my mom in another city, asked for my dead grandmother, then when my mom went along with it, and said she was my grandmother, they told her that they were auditing my bank account and needed to reach me. My mom and I have not spoken in months, but she emailed me this information because they tricked her into believing it was vitally important. It's quite obviously a collection agency, or some type of scam related to collecting on old debt.

They call my home ask for someone by a different name. Like that person is working for my son, saying that he is being audit by the city. He will be in the area and have a small window of time open, to take care of this so he would not go to court. He can help him with is audit.

A woman called from this number, referring to a credit card debt she said I had to pay off immediately or I would be sued by the issuing bank.  I did not recall this debt, so I checked my credit report.  It was not on there.  I called the issuing bank, and they had no record of this card number in my name.  I called the collector back, and she referred me to her "manager," who said he would contact the original agency and get back to me.  So far, I haven't heard anything!  Be careful, I'm fairly certain this is a scam.  I could have easily just given them $1000 over the phone to pay off my "debt" and avoid a personal lawsuit!  They're very intimidating...and convincing.

a man called from this number to my family member and would not provide any details to the call except that there was litigation against me unless I called back. I returned the call and spoke with a man said I have an old credit card debt and they are trying to obtain settlement.

I got a call from 813-463-1069.  She called me three times in a row one morning.  The woman said she was from Tyler and Morgan and wanted to speak with me about some Litigation in the county in Texas I live in.  I'm assuming this is from a collector, but it is currently past the statute of limitations to collect anything I owe in Texas, so they may be breaking the law here.  I will not return this call.

Very disturbing phone call.  The individual is rude.  He wants to tell me about all the information he has but I had to stop him to ask who he was.
He came at me like he was on a fishing trip.  Throwing out bait but not seeming too willing to give information.  He spoke to my wife a few days before in the same fashion.  She did give him info concerning my son. My son, who doesn't live here, got his own phone call later.

In the phone call to my wife, the caller said that perhaps I should look into filing fraud charges against my son.  In my son's phone conversation, the caller said that perhaps my son should look into filing fraud charges against his father.

What the man has, it seems, is an old debt on a credit card.  I know it's not mine but when my son pressed him to send him information about it, just in case it was his, he wouldn't do it.

My speculation is that through intimidation methods, this company, using this phone number, is trying to negotiate a payment or a payoff over the phone.  At the very least they are using intimidation to get someone to admit to the debt.  Their tactics are disturbing and come, in my opinion, very close to harassment.  I don't know why they don't realize their time and efforts could be better invested in a letter and a $.42 cent stamp.

well i guess i am one of the few people who had a surprisingly good experience with Tyler and Morgan. I received a call today from Trey Harris who told me that my creditor who is also my mortgage company was looking to file a judgment against me i requested reasonable payments and he actually agreed to them! The difference between him and the other people who called me was he treated me like a human being! and thats all i wanted to be treated with some respect.

this is not a law firm do not let them make you think they are.  they are very underhanded.

They call and leave messages looking for someone named Harvey Monroe concerning some legal proceedings in my county. The trouble is that I have never heard of such a person but when I return the call they say that he actually lives with me. A quick check under my bed to make sure, and I inform them that indeed there is no Harvey hiding there. Unfortunately, the person then tries to trick me by stating that she had never mentioned Harvey's last name, and so I must be lying. I laugh, tell her that this stranger's full name was left on my answering machine, and finally bid her adieu. These people are obviously tricksters and crooks.

These people called my neighbors and even my ex-husband, whose last name I have not had in more than 20 years (so how did they get his phone number??? he doesn't even live in the same state I live in!!!.) After I had been told by him and my neighbors that "some attorney" was trying to reach me, I saw this phone number on my cell phone. I do not intend to return the phone call as this seems to border on harassament and from comments here from others about how rude they are.

I got a call on a Sunday afternoon at 4:30 pm from a Jenna Green. Was told to call back by 6 pm or from noon to 3 pm the next day. She wanted to speak to me or the atty representing me. If she did not hear from me, she would go ahead and file the paperwork.
I tried to call back with no answer. They can file whatever they think that they can, but that is not allowed in my state of residence. But clearly this is a scam of some sorts. Any true collection agency will send you a letter first and usually they have and 800 number of some sorts.

Andreu Marino called indicating he was looking for my ex-husband and then said something about proceeding with his daughter's case.  This guy has no idea about a international issue with child abduction and I will put him away for this terrible prank!  I have called the FBI.

My girlfriend received a call from Tyler and Morgan on a Sat morning asking for me. I do not live there but used their addr. for move to Jax. A Ms Long left a call back # and extension but when I returned the call I only got a ringer for about a minute or longer. I tried again without the extension and was put on hold for three minutes then dumped into a general voicemail bank.  They did not mention anything but needing to be contacted about a legal matter.  I don't know how they got the house number other than forwarding info from the post office or private companies.

I too received a phone call from "Tyler and Morgan" last week, from a Maria Lopez, saying she needed to speak to my father, whose name they had, or my mother immediately.They even gave me a case number and everything! I have no idea how they got my name or number, or how they put 2 and 2 together, I have been married with a different last name for over 21 years! They made it sound urgent, so of course I called my dad and gave him the info. I talked to this lady first myself,made it sound as if it was a law case that he could possible benefit from??? I had no clue, as my dad has had money issues for years. So I just figured it was a bill collector, again. They called again the next day,my son answered, I was not home, they told my son that they had people waiting for over 2 hours to speak with his grandfather,so it scared my son, so he called me. I called my dad again, how they didn't have his number and only mine, I have yet to figure out. So this time my dad called them back, in the mean time while dad was on the phone with these freaks, my son googled this phone number, found that it is a scam! I freaked out! I tried calling my dad back to no avail, it was busy. So I sent my daughter in there on her 4 wheeler to tell him to hang up immediately it was a scam! Too late! He gave them his account number, etc. So I got there a little while later, called the state police, who said unless they take $ from his account no crime has been committed. I will also be reporting this to the FCC, this is ridiculous! I was furious. My father had to go close his bank account and open a new one, luckily we caught this in time, within a half hour, so they had not accessed it as of yet. I since have tried calling "Ms. Lopez" back, to no avail! Funny she didn't answer immediately like she did the last time I called her!!! I got disconnected after being put on hold..... BEWARE!!!

Called trying to locate person I have never heard of but has

locate person.  Left messages telling me it would be better to
deal with them than a "judge". When I tried to find out how they got
my number they stated from a "source".  I agree with others be
very CAREFUL these people are trying to scare information from you.
