A call from a Phillips and Burns law firm in Florida looking for someone we never heard of.  They gave a case number and asked us to call back.

called themselves P and B Capital. which fits the Phillips and Burns. name.

They have been calling my house and hanging up after I answer...they use a speaker phone which after I say Hello they scramble to hang up. I think they left a message one time for a person I didn't know...what the hell do they want and how do I keep them from calling.

I get it on my cell phone - I default the ringtone to "silent" or "none" so I do not have to listen to the incoming call and just ignore it.  They leave a message but I just delete it.  I only want calls from those who want my services as a land surveyor or other calls from family and friends and not unsolicited calls like from this 1-813-579-9382 - I do not take time to listen to their details - thank God for caller ID too, LOL.

We received a couple of phone calls from Andrew Foreman at this number 813-579-9382.  He was extremely rude to us and would not give us reason why he was calling and consistently told us we were lying to him.

We have received numerous calls from Andrew Forman claiming to be from P and B.  He gives a claim number and asks us to callback with our attorney to make final comments.  When you reach him on the phone he becomes nasty and hangs up on you.

I just recieved a call from this Andrew Foreman. He left a claim number I called back. He says I had a credit card that was paid on for 3 years then just stopped. I do not know what this account is, when I asked him he became extremly rude, accussed my wife of opening the acct then threatened to sue me. When I asked if he thought he was a badass talking through a phone like this he hung up on me

Same thing happened to me today too!! I kept telling him he had the wrong number and I didn't know who he was looking for and he repeatedly accused me of lying to him and asked if I was going to continue to lie to him.  Extremely rude man, it took me some time to get a name out of him, but Andrew did not disclose what he was calling about or what company he was calling from.

my wife has recieved harrasing calls from this number. We have no idea who they are looking for. The last call was very threating.Please block this number.

THIS GUY IS A HARRASSING IDIOT! AFTER SEVERAL calls not stating "this is an attemp to collect a debt" but with case #,  I called him back He refused to say what company he works for and hung up on me.
I emailed ATTY. General FL and P&B, which by the way has and F rating at BBB

Andrew Foreman called several times. I called him back. He told me I owed money on a credit card. I told him yeah so what are you going to do about it. He said suit you then he got all fluffy like a girly girl

They won't stop calling me, but the problem is they have the wrong number!

I just got the phone call from this guy for my wife. I ask he leaves a message. he said " Urgency message and give me a phone # and tell my wife call him back"

How can i get rid of his call?

Andrew called me last week looking for "my husband".  I said that the person he is looking for is not me and he was completely rude to me saying that I am lying to him.  He called again today and when I called the number back to ask to be removed from the list he said that i need to stop lying about who I am to him.  I said he doesn't have to be rude and he said that he is rude to me because my lies are pathetic

Called my house accusing me being some person that I am not.  Told me I am lying and he will call back later when he cools off and allows me time to be more truthful with him? WTF?  I don't even have any credit cards, haven't in 15 years.  Get this guy off my phone!!

I got the same call & he asked for someone (who was not me) when I said wrong number he accused me of lying!!!

This guy needs to be found and locked up. He is so rude and should never be allowed to talk on another phone.!!!

Dear Mr Andrew I hope you read this LOL...dumbazz called here and asked for me, said I owed a credit card bill I never knew I had, then he asked what I was going to do about taking care of it and I said nothing, I have been off work and sick for years, breast cancer the whole 9 yards, he then raised his voice at me saying I need to learn to take care of my responisibilites and I said Fuc* you and hung up on him. LOL this tard called back and said, Are you gonna act like a lady,,,  i repated my message for him and hung up. He called back about 15 times LOL. I just kept picking up and hanging up. I told him to do what he has to do and his rudeness will not be on my phone. I'll change the number I don't care.

Call his probation officer. The scumbag is on thirty years of felony probation.
He DID used to be an attorney. It would be hilarious to get him arrested. As well, he stole millions of dollars from a deceased lady who entrusted her estate to a guy whom Forman aided in swindling her.

Sounds like you should just pay your bills. The Andy Forman calling you is not same guy. Well i guess your not that smart? You just see a name on the internet and thimk hmmm, it must be him. WOW there's only one Andy Forman.
