Answered.  Phone was dead.

Called and said they were from an energy survey company calling about my rising electric rates.  Told him my rates have in fact gone down (true!) and not to call my number again.  Person hung up on me!

8136005387 is a company known as Vonage Holdings.  They have called me before, a live person, and I've told them previously to cease calling...but as usual this request is ignored.  I have filed several complaints with the DO NOT CALL registry but Vonage, et al, continues calling.  Noteworthy every time they call the sales pitch always starts with "I'm not trying to sell you anything...," but then they go into my gas and/or energy costs and how they can "save me money."

I tried to call back and it said that the number was tempararily out of service. They just called me!
