Calling this number back gave me "Please press any key to be removed from this list. This may take up to 48 hours." I spent some time on the line with a rep who claimed to be with the "Lexington Group," a certified Google Plus partner. The recorded spiel from the robocall said "Our records show that you have not yet updated your listing with Google." The rep claimed to be updating our Google listing. They had access to our company name, address, and phone number scraped from the web, of course - nothing I told him was not already available. I told him I was already using AdWords and running a small campaign; curiously enough, the rep didn't try to sell me anything. He may have figured our business was small potatoes and not worth it. As we are already on the do-not-call list, I classify this outfit as a scam.

A very slick young man pretending to be affiliated with Google. When I began to question him and state that I did not want or need his companies services he became quite cocky and rude. I've been getting calls from this outfit up to 2 times a day.

I recognized this as a spam call due to the caller ID of "LOCAL." For these I pickup and then hangup. Saves me the aggravation and doesn't waste my time. I seem to be getting less calls since I've started doing this so it may be worth a try for those of you receiving a lot.

Same! Calling me 2+ times a day. Horrible.

Called this morning, I let it go to voice mail. Caller left message, and I kid you not, I listened to it 4 times...someone said, "Ding". That's it, just ding, end of message. Strange. It seems someone just wants to verify that my number is real.

Their call to me was marked as spam, which is another way of saying 'Criminal alert!'.

Blocked and reported.

When you press "one" the live operator came on to verify information.  When I told him that google did list us correctly he hung up.  Got the feeling they were not google.

Second call I've gotten today to update a Google listing.  I don't have a Google listing.

Google business listing scam. Added to my contact named Do Not Answer.

Just picked up a call from this number to silence.  Nobody wants to do business with any company who pulls this crap.

I always check this site to see if others are getting calls like this.

I'm on the DNC list and if I find a listing here the offending number goes on my blocked call list.

The google scammers change their numbers so frequently it is hard to keep up with them.

The DNC list is actually a misspelled acronym.
It should say DCN = Do Call Numerously
