Called me by name and then hung up !!! Scary....

Called my home phone, did not leave a message but left the line open to TV and background noise until the answering machine timed out.  Very creepy.  The call came from Plant City Florida.

Caller ID says Plant City, FL. This number called my cell today and I couldn't answer. I called back 10 min later and I got a carrier-recorded message saying, "The number you have dialed is not a working number. Please hang up and dial the number again." Weird.

They have called every day this week but no message was left.  I don't pick up unidentified calls.

I answered, heard what sounded like a call center in the background (lots of noise), and when I said hello, they hung up.  Why call someone if you don't want them to answer?  What could they possibly be gaining from this?

Same people call all the time and hang up.   This nonsense needs to be stopped!

Hi everyone - This one is a bit odd. I received a call from this number and didn't answer. However, I checked on-line and saw the number belongs a named person with an address in Plant City, FL. The e-mail address is listed too! I won't write the details here, though, just in case it's a private individual. I wonder if he's the caller or if his number's been hacked...

It's more likely that his number has been spoofed.  Scammers and spammers make the number look like it's from somewhere else.

Four rings. I answered and no response. This is a frequent caller and it is quite frustrating. Attempts to return the call receive a "fast busy" signal.

Calls once or twice a day. Does not leave a message on voicemail. When I answer the telephone---no voice or sound--weird!

a man called my home asking for someone, I said who is this? and he said Jarred, I said that you have the wrong #....he started loudly telling me that I should not have asked who he was, I told him that I could ask anyone who it is if they call my home and he told me it didn't make since and started lecturing me. We got into an argument and I told him that I was going to report him and he laughed and said, well, that aint happening, then my husband came to the phone and started telling him not to be calling here and after yelling at my husband and me  and my husband and I yelling at him...he finally hung up! I have never had anyone that actually made us so upset over the phone that I really thought I might have to call 911

Someone called me to see if I qualify for solar energy program and he had 6 questions for me.   When I asked what type of program he couldn't answer my questions.  I answered his 6 questions because I have been considering solar energy and wanted a quote.  He told me I didn't qualify for the program because I have a manufactured home.  I asked did that mean I can't get solar energy because I have a manufactured home or I just don't qualify for the program that he was presenting. He put someone else on the phone and I asked the same question.  Then I heard someone yelling in the background saying if it ain't a block home then hang up. It was rather rude experience and wanted to call back and find out what company it was so I don't call them in my search for solar energy.  The number is not a valid number.
