I also keep getting calls from this indian guy telling me that he want to XXXX me and wont stop calling and when I call back its some indian ladys voice mail813-667-0512

omg same here he calls me all the time he calls me  names I also filed a police report same number and yes it sounds indian or pakistani  813-667-0512   the police gave me his information its a lender a froud lender he has many complaints against him it seems that when he feels rejected he attacks the person with verbal abuse.

I have recorded his coversations I applied for a loan on line with cash loans america with Ge, same number 813-667-0512 same story,  he is asking for money or he wont stop calling  he want $80 dollars and if you say no to him he calls you names.

well I too filed a comlaint but they told me he indian and yes he is scaming people left and right becarefull he just charged $90 to my credit card I was aplying for a loan he also took all my information  is pulled my credit 4 times

I too was a victim of this lunatic.  When I declined his loan offer and informed him that I had decided to go another route he began to yell at me and tell me that he was going to get his attorney to sue me in court. He started to rattle off personal information about me and told me that he was going to make trouble for me for
"abusing" his company. When I responded with "well I guess I will have to get an attorney as well" he started yelling " don't you threaten me.". I realized that there was something very wrong about this situation and I regretted ever applying for an on line loan.  

I was well aware of my right to decline the offer AND to retain a lawyer for any reason at any time. I told him that he was harassing me and tha t I knew my rights as a consumer and that I was going to report him to the consumer credit agency.  Then I hung up.  He repeatedly called me but I refused his calls. He eventually stopped calling.  The very next day I subscribed to LifeLock to monitor my vital information so tha I could recieve alerts and assistance with fraudulent activity in my name and against my accounts.

this is the same thing that is happening to me some pakistani guy keeps wanting to have sex with me and it all stareted by a car loan I did on Line over the internet he keeps calling I had to change my number 813-667-0512

this men is a taliban I had to change my number were is the FBI when you need it!!

wow this pakistani is crazy the samething happend to me he started treating me that he was going to kill me ect. not sure what he wanted but I did called the police. They can't trace him because he is in pakistan  lol Im sure he is a Taliban

He called me and said that my loan was approved, when I told him I never applied for a loan and asked if someone was defrauding me he got mad and called me the "fraud lady". He told me he would cancel the approval but I had to pay him 120 dollars to cancel it. I told him I would report him to the BBB and he said, "you do that you are the fraud lady".

This guy is a freak, but worse than that I am really concerned that someone is trying to use my information to get lines of credit because that has happened to me in the past.

I THANK ITS TIME FOR A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINTS THE LOAN COMPANY FOR LETTING PERSONAL INFO THE SUPPOSE TO BE SECURED  AND I WONDER HOW THESE PEOPLE GETTN THIS INFO

He called and left me a message saying my computer had a very serious virus and that I needed to call him immediately.  Needless to say, I didn't call him.
