Received quite a few, with no messages.. about to get blocked.

Came up SSI on caller ID. Asked for head of household. Hung up and blocked.

First call comes up as SSI on caller ID.
Next calls come up as 8137208112 on caller ID.

Have any of you applied or called about soc security income?  Its for low income assistance.  If it was a real call, wouldnt they leave a message?   I have cancer and applied for assistance with their other departments but didnt apply.for SSI.  makes me wonder if their systems have hackers or employees stealing contact info.  or could be spoofing coincidence.   They keep calling with no.messages and im not answering it.   I get about ten scammer calls a day and I block them all.  Should I block this one?

Thanks #9.   Surveys are a way to scam and add to call lists.  So im blocking!

Block it. Has nothing to do with social security. It is a survey sampling company way to scam info.

Referred as SSI.  Then starteed political survey? Questions regarding who would vote for after negative info about Crist. Appears to be part of Scott campaign to spread negative info about Crist.

I too am getting a lot of calls from that number.  No messages. Blocked the number.

Identified himself as John from TNS. 3rd call today from him even after the first time I told him to take me off the list.  

They just keep calling even when you tell them to take your number off their list. They called 3 times on Sunday. Some survey crap. Guy's name was John.....very rude. I blocked them. I have unlisted number and I am on the do not call list (which apparently doesn't mean anything...can't understand why there is even a list to begin with).

7:24 pm June 5th. Female voice wanted to speak with a registered voter at this number, then hung up when the Robo dialer realized it wasn't a live person but the VM.

They call and identify differently each time, but the telephone no. is the same one.  Sometimes it says survey which I ignore.  Other times it says SSI like they are social security, but they are not.  Have received several calls - the one that said SSI I answered and when she asked to speak to someone over 50, I listened for a few minutes and told her not interested.  

Told not once not twice but 3 times to stop calling my # and still call enough already!!!!!

Calls morn noon & night SSI on caller ID...phone number 813-720-8112.  I looked them up .. Surveyors located in Plant City, Fl

caller ID shows SSI.  I did not pick up and let call go to voice mail.
No message was left.
could not find any recent complaints listed here.

These idiots called and said they were from the company that handles our alarm system, little did they know the alarm guy was here. so I said hold on a moment, I said hey George talk to this idiot. BUSTED, they hung up and better not call back.

They use local area codes to improve the chances of you taking the call, and then sell the active numbers to other POS solicitors. Don't answer LAC calls with no id!
