- Deb| 2 repliesI want to know who called from this number.
- AnnoyedI don't know why these mother f*ckers keep calling constantly and think they can just harrass me or anyone any time of the day! Don't these f*ckers know that threatening me to take me to court or for whatever reasons they're calling, will have to go through some legal processings? I don't even bother picking up my phone and delete my message right away. What a waste of my minutes!
- Caller: Tyler and Company

God Damn collection companys are as bad as crackheads!!! got any money?? - ATTORNEY IN MIAMI, FLORIDA replies to anonymous1| 5 repliesPeople come on I know all the laws around Florida and United States, since I used to be a State Attorney, the law states that they can reach you through any family member or even your cellphone that is called skip tracing to get track of the debtor (the person that own) anyways these collection agency are not a scam they are legal and have insurance to protect them. The only problem is we are not paying our bills and that is why economy is as bad as it is now. We lie on credit applications regarding income, we know we own it and we don't want to pay...at the end the collection agencies as well as the creditor wins...you get stuck with bad credit and some of them like Capital One, Bank or America are filling judgments currently, and then a garnishment of your wages...if they disclose you personal information to a third party (family member, etc) or call u before 8a.m or after 9p.m that is not acceptable, if you advise them no more calls at work and provide a number to reach you, they are not supposed to call you anymore at work, or if they use bad word towards you that it's definitely a no!!!!!!!...just work your way to make your life easier and make a payment arrangements...if they say no get their mailing address and mailed in payment sooner or later they will accept it and work out a payment arrangement with you...and get your credit fix......
- JASON W.You know your right attorney in Miami I just hate getting the calls though because it puts me in a corner when I need to feed my family ya know....
- Caller: TYLER AND MORGAN
- nonnie"Leslie" called asking for a relative of mine by name. Said my relative was scheduled for a "mediation" two days from the date of the call and that a packet of paper work had been returned from the mailing address. I was listed as a "contact number". Leslie need to speak with my relative prior to that date. Since I do have a relative that is involved in a lawsuit that will be going to mediation, I took Leslie's number and told her I would pass it on. My relative knew absolutely nothing about the reason for the call or "Tyler & Morgan".
- Caller: Tyler & Morgan
- ATTORNEY FROM MIAMI| 3 repliesThese people are just trying to do their job and as far as they don't tell you amount social, etc there law states that they can call any relative in order to get a hold of the debtor...If you don't owe to anybody you will not have to worry, but if you want this country to be better and economy wise and employment wise be better we need to be better citizen and be responsible....
- bella replies to ATTORNEY IN MIAMI, FLORIDA| 2 repliesDon't you mean FILING judgements? Maybe that is why you are not a state attorney NOW!!

/ - Someone please explain,,, replies to ATTORNEY FROM MIAMI...what is it about collection agencies hiring employees that...
1 - Cannot write or spell on a grade school level
- and -
2 - Come on here masquerading as lawyers, or satisfied customers, and actually expect informed consumers to believe their silly, childish nonsense. - Vivian from TXI recieved a message from Trey Harris yesterday telling me i needed to call him immediately! to be honest i was afraid because he had such a deep voice but when i called he told me i had an outstanding balance with citifinancial (but he wasnt rude about it). i told i couldnt pay it all today so he allowed me to do a payment plan. The surprising thing is that he wasnt like the rest of the [***] who call me he was very nice and SEXY sounding to me so i paid him! All i can do is hope that more collectors can be like him! they would get alot farther then trying to belittle you.
- Caller: Tyler and Morgan
- Serena replies to ATTORNEY FROM MIAMIPerhaps your passing judgment could and should be tempered by some facts:
For example: I have excellent credit and pay my bills on time. I get collection calls for folks I do not know. Even when you nicely call with your caller id showing your name and number to tell them they have an invalid phone number and request they not continue calling (in some cases 5+ times per day), they continue to call for over a year. I continue to get calls for an Amy and for a Yosef 1-1/2 years since I've had phone numbers they keep calling. Despite explaining I'm in ill health and these calls disrupt rest needed to help me fight the good fight, it never ends. - schlitzThese f*cks keep calling my cell for a loser who hasn't had this number in over 18 months.... idiots, pure idiots.
- Caller: Tyler and Morgan

- STATE ATTORNEYBe more responsible if you have any question I be posting my number and you guys can call me
- YOU'RE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT replies to bella| 1 replyBingo....because that is not a real attorney nor was he a real attorney this is the owner of that company Donna Shaynor aka Denton aka Gonzalez etc doing this so that people will think that they are a legitimate in what they do.
- QUEEN_VICKIE-BUNNY replies to DebThat Jason Sullivan guy called me as well, but I will be honest (and I f@!#ng hate collectors) he was very nice! He actually allowed me to set up payments like Trey Harris guy in message in the bottom of the page, and I checked in to some things with Attorney General, he has never had a single complaint with Attorney General in any state, and has been in the business according to him for 7 years. I think I learned that not all collectors are ass#@!s, in fact, I really believe he cares about people's situation, because I bounced a check with him, and he actually just forgot about the month we were in, and let me keep right on goin..Mad props Jason. Furthermore, I am a radiologist, so I know that I could be sued over derogatory accounts, but a divorce caused me alot of financial hardship, and out of 7 creditors he is the only one I paid $772 a month for 6 months and the balance was originally $17,880.44 of which over $12K was principal balance! All you guys have to do is ask for the help from collectors and keep calling back until you get one that will work with you... I promise you will find at least 1 in every agency or attorney's office.
