I just received yet another call from this number on my work issued phone, i called from another number and the message says your call cannot be completed. what kind of trash is this and why are these calls allowed to be made?
Really getting sick of this.

I have a list of Phone #s of people who call looking for David Schweiker. I've had this # for three years.  I keep telling the callers that I do not know this person ,but they still keep calling . How do I rectifythis problem. Signed Puzzled in ST PETE

Rec'd a call from these lowlifes, also indicating "local office" pm CID.  No message. Thank goodness for this forum. We keep a database of all of these scums and block each number after each first call. Like Mr. Crane, I know the "debt collectors" calling us, currently numbering somewhere near 15, are either fake or are looking for someone who used to have our number. As Mr. Crane indicates, they don't take "no" for an answer, and proceed to call, so there is no point to spend energy and time in picking up and trying to tell them they have the wrong person.  Instead, I will simply block the number and take pleasure in the fact that they may call for months on end and never reach any of us!!!!  One of these "debt collectors" has called 40+ times since we blocked their number, and they're too stupid to realize that since they immediately get disconnected without the phone ever ringing, there is no way they're getting through using that number!!!!

"40 times" and you told them to stop? Get a consumer rights attorney and sue them under TCPA laws. that is $500.00 for the first call and $1500.00 for every call after that. You are looking at $59,000.00. Let the attorney take his 33 1/3rds ($19,647.00) you keep the $39,353.00 and laugh all the way to the bank. Make'em pay.

Nice theory. That's 'theory'. When he finds out his caller is from a foreign 3rd world country spoofing (faking) their caller ID - how do you collect? Sue Sue Sue (The unofficial US Anthem) isn't going to work. Block the calls with a device, or app. As soon as you do, you cut off the money. Sanjay will have to go back to watching cricket & have a few cold Kingfisher.

i am really tired of receiving calls from this number at all hours of the at home at my office.  I am over it,  is this not against the law??  Is there somewhere we can report these kind of calls??  Over It

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

I use the mr. number app on my phone.  Works GREAT!!!  This number called my phone twice in a row....grrr.

Belongs to a company called "29 Prime" based in Irvine CA, funny as they call from a Florida listed number.  Wants to offer you front page placement on google and other search engines, all for a price they negotiate using high pressure sales tactics and underhanded methods.  These types of businesses are crooks and should be avoided at all costs

I received texts from this number. Claiming to be a person named Remy. Said they knew me from old messenger. Never heard of old messenger. But after cussing them an telling them to lose my number. They simply replied  "ok WELL... lol...please dont judge me but I work for a cam chat site since I'm super poor.... But I dont mind giving u a  link 2 come watch for free.." So I simply replied. "I have called the cops and you're number is being tracked. Havnt got a text back yet. But I also blocked them on my security app.

Texts should also be forwarded to 7726 (spells out as SPAM) so your cell provider can notify other providers of the abuse.
