this number called my phone twice in a row, both times i let it ring through to voicemail and no message was left.

This was the number noted on my phone but it came from a Home Health Care office they left a message for me to call them back on different number

It is a Home Health Care service, contracted with a hospital that you may have been to recently.  For me, I was in the hospital, they called saying my insurance approved me for home healthcare and they are contracted with the hospital that I was admitted to.

They called and left a message saying that a claim had been denied and that I should call my dr office.
It did not say what claim or what dr.  I called the number back and they represent 3 ins companies:
Cigna  BCBS and Aetna    I chose Cigna.  All the prompts were related to home health care and services, none of which were relevant.  I finally got through to a human who directed me to the main number .  They checked my account there were no denials and she informed me that they did not contract 3rd parties for this type of client notification    short story long sounds like a scam of some type.

Caller ID showed the Name 'Carecentrix'.
Wasn't home to take the call.

Care Centrix is a third party vendor contracted by Cigna to authorize, process, and pay for home care services and durable medical equipment (DME) needs. The hospital's case management staff has to use them to arrange post hospital services whereas most all other insurance companies require them to contact the post acute provider directly.

Three calls in a row, from "Allgood, Domeni".  No message left.

It is Carecentrix.  As others posted they coordinate durable medical equipment and other home health services for Cigna.  It is not a scam.

That does not mean scammers won't spoof the number

I received the phone call, along with a voicemail, indicating it was CareCentrix regarding my daughter. They left a reference number, but also a different 1-877 number to return the phone call. The 877 number was not working. We used CareCentrix approximately one year ago, not sure why they would be calling now.

The return phone number they left me was for "Election Canada". I am now highly suspicious of this phone call and voicemail being legitimate, but also very creeped out that they used my daughter's name on the voicemail.

Several calls beginning 10/13/2021 from Kimberly saying she wants to give me answers about some paperwork I inquired about. Did not say what the paperwork was or when I inquired about it. Each time she called she told me in a voicemail when she would be available. Never asked when I would be available. She said I received a statement from Carecentrix on 10/01/2020. She does not say how she knows that. I have searched my rather extensive records on Carecentrix and cannot find a statement even close to that date. I called the number she left on voicemail. A male voice says something incoherent, and I left a voicemail saying her questions are inconsistent.
