I actually have been speaking with the person who claims to have this number. His name is supposed to be Jacob Bisotti. I have been emailing him back and forth about a home in Georgetown he is supposedly the owner of that him and his wife are wanting to rent to me. Please call them back or answer to help me find out if this is legit. The home he claims to own is in Georgetown, KY although he now lives in Florida. I really hope this helps.

I have the same thing in Utah.  Only it is suppose to be James Fischer.  They also are trying to rent a home to me here in Utah.

This number , Mr. James and Mrs. Marit Fischer are scam artists.  They are trying to rent a house on 627 rodono St. in SLC,UT.  I spoke with the realitor and the house is for sale and not rent.  This has been a continual problem.

I have actually been talking to them for almost 2 days now trying to rent me a house on 967 atkins ave for 675 with all bills included i taught it was too good to be true  and it was they told me the same thing tht they live in florida and that they bought the house as an investment and blah blah blah good thing i looked up their name and number saved me money.

I have been talking through e-mail for the past two days to a couple named Chris and Vicki Bouma who said they purchased a home to flip and decided to rent it out instead. They almost had me, they even sent a lease to print out ,sign and scan e-mail back to them. This house is located FOR SALE at 36 Nancy St. in Kentwood MI..they put it as rental on Craigs List. They are using the REAL owners names but once I looked up the phone number they gave this list of scams from that number came up. They said they live in Florida. I contacted the listing agent on the house and left him a message, I also called the ACTUAL OWNER and left him a voice mail as well...BEWARE OF THIS SCAM..knowing that I am 59 yrs old and on disability (in cancer remission) and they tried to do this to good people.., SHAME ON THEM!!! I hope this helps others.

This is a scam I was just dealing with "Chris and Vicki" about a home 700 included utilities in Wyoming Michigan claiming they live in Florida. Also are missionaries in Africa they want money to send you keys...I think not!!

same thing. 950 evergreen ln. rock hill sc. said their names were dennis and misty dunlap. $625 a month all utilities. told me to send money and then they would send keys. had me fill out a application form. and sent right back that i had been accepted.

Same thing here in Ct for a 3 bedroom home for 1200 including utlities. I have been e-mailing with them for 2 days and finally recieved a hone number today and was actually told i could not see it until i gave them money!

Been emailing about a house in santa fe on hopi street...just felt off...glad I checked this number. The name they are using here is nystedt. I knew it was wrong when they wanted money before we even got to see the house.

I was talking to them about renting a house in Parma, Ohio. They offered it for $545 utilities included. I hope these people are caught. They went by the name Mr. James Deda and Mrs. Shpresa Deda. I ask everyone to file a report online with the FTC so these people can be linked with their crimes and caught. Feel free to copy and paste any info I have posted here.

They were trying to rent a house to me in new Britain ct for $ 800 everything included. I sent them an email saying i did my research and they got back to me saying they are devoted Christians and it is against their nature. I'm mad because I have an 18 month old son and we could of been out on the streets. They said their names were Chad and Dorothy Permo

Same from ALbuquerque and thought a 2 bedroom house for $475 was too good to be true. Lo and behold... Thanks guys!

Ugh I hate scammers. I'm soooo glad I came to this site. I was about to convince my hubby to look into the house to live there.. I had already emailed em earlier in the day and this is what they told me :

NOTE: The house keys are here with us, you will only be able to drive by the house for now but will not have access into the house until we have sent the house keys to you

I'm dealing with the same people for Rock Hill, Sc. I thought it sounded a bit fishy, I'm so happy I looked up this site.

I too have been in contact with this individual.  Same last name given to me as Biscotti with the home in Georgetown KY.  I think I am going to perhaps notify the FBI and see what they can do for me.  I have spoken to the man on the phone and his name and the accent just did not match.  It was the icing on the cake and I decided to do a phone look up on this site.  Thanks for all the posts.  It has saved me money.

I just had the same thing happen. Mr. and Mrs. Dennis/Misty Dunlap. This is ridiculous, I'm about to be a newlywed and almost made this mistake. Thank goodness both my fiancé and I had a bad feeling about it, and I googled them and found this website. I've contacted Identity Theft Detectives in my area to let them know. Also, if any of you filled out their "questionnaire/application" you need to call your banks and let them know about the possibility of potential identity theft. Also, change your passwords on any email accounts you gave them.

Thank you for posting this stuff, saved me a HUGE headache. I will post any update with information.
