Why wont this so called real company send me a bill and if hundreds of people work in this office why does only one gentleman that speaks broken english always call me and answer the phone. When they call me there number doesn't come up on the Id it just shows 0000. This so called company also has no voice mail to indicate who they actually are.

814-322-9210 told me they were with the department of criminal investigation located in Philadelphia,but that's not an accent from the usa.Caller ID show 0000 when they call.

alex ferguson calls me non stop i have already paid same name but it was alex smith has same accent says from criminal investigation and is gonna file papers and have me arrest i request fax proof of the bill i owe and he refuses til i pay it off call id show 0000 when he calls but return number he gives me is 814-322-9210

I just got off the phone with this guy same thing department of criminal investigation. he left me a message   speaking with very broken English, i was barely able to understand, and stated that hes going to take legal actions. when i called back it was the same guy that left the message and he said that the people have to call me back because he cannot say anything about the reason for the call. then i tried calling again and the phone just rings and rings no answering machine or anything. Someone has to stop this it is very annoying.

Had a guy  calling himself Sam Johnson. I pretended to be someone else and asked if I could take a message. He gave me the number 814-322-1073 and his extension and said he was from Criminal Investigation. I have had calls like this before. I won't be calling him back. Its a scam.

Got a call from 1*814*322*9210, a Harry Austin, he claims that I have not paid back a payday loan and is going to file charges or has filed charges, I called him back and asked for info on supposed claim, he stated that he could not give it to me. I told him I was going to sue him and he laughed, I then laughed at him and spoke Spanish to him, he was very upset. He called me like 3 or 4 times, I spoke Spanish every time. He was very irritated but left me alone for right now.

Caller claimed to be from Pittsburgh, PA and said  I owed payday loan from 2009 in the amount of $450.00. I asked his name, he gave me Michael Sinclair. I asked to speak to his manager, said no one was above him.  I ask for documentation he was not willing to send me anything with proof of the bill. I had to pay first then I would get a receipt. I also asked for number to this payday loan, told me he could not give that information out. He said I needed to take of electronically or I would have papers file against me tomorrow. When I pressed him a bit more. He said, in broken English, "I see you are unwilling to take care of this matter" and hung up.

they keep calling and said there name is adam carter hanging up then when i get home from work they can't even speak english properly they say that they are crime investigators saying that i owe money for cash loans that i never gotten i don't even have a bank or direct deposit for any loans any way these people are crazy then thay want to say on my answering machine that they want to sleep with me and they don't even know me my husband was pissed off when he heard that they need to be investigated really
I have to small children to take care of I sure don't need this

A guy named Micheal Sinclair called my job saying he was from criminal investigation and I would be arrested possibly lose my job if i didn't pay a debt from payday loan. I trying to write down everything he was saying- he replyed ma'am no need to write it down I will explain it to you. When I started questioning
him he hung up. The number he gave me to call was 1-814-322-9210

This is crab they have called me off and on for over a yr.. Now they are calling my friends.. HOW did they get their #.. First it was Austin Jones then a female called Rose then some Wiliam guy.. It was the same guy and the lady called me again today.. The first time I was scared. So I paid it.. NO LONGER will I  do this.. I got the same responce that most of you on this page got.. They could send me no proof but they want money.. BULL!!! Good luck to all and just be mean to them and they will hopefully stop..

This is not a real company.  I have reported them to Federal Attorney general and Kansas and Florida.  Fed up with the scams!

I recieved a message on  my cell phone from a guy who said he was from federal investigation or something.  It was hard to understsand him.  He said that my "friend" who falsly gave out my phone number is wanted for identity theft and giving out my phone number without permission.  This dude is an idiot.  He said that my boyfriend is committing Identity fraud from a payday loan.  I called the number back and let it ring and ring.  There was no answer.  This is definitely a person committing fraud themselves.  How the hell did they get MY number?  Everytime I look up their number to figure out where exactly this number is located in Pennsylvania...there is of course no number to be found and is a landline.  Obviously if you were a business your phone number would be recognized.

the same thing that i own a payloan put me in jail, and to pay them 1,800.00 or i will lose my job, they even called my job. so i spoke with my family attorney and i explained so then we called the payday loan company and they asked about the person with the hard accent with a simple english name Christopher washington. they said its all fake and they cant not under no banking law call and threaten you to pay. so i made arrangements with the payloan debt department who hold all they debt not paid and told me not to pay them and they took the same 814-322-9210 to make reports to the F.B.I. for fraud

A Michael Sinclair haraassed me at work and told me I will be arrested at my home if I don't pay a debt off. I went to my boyfriends house and later found all u guys talking about the same thing. Man I'm so relieved right now. I got a call from a 0000from.my caller ID. The # I can.reach.them at is 8143229210

got a call from this number, looking for my brother. asked me to take down information and have him call asap. said it was a legal matter. Gave same number everyone is stating, but said to ask for Robert Matthews. i repeated name, as i found it funny that this guy sounded more like a "habib" (sorry) than a Robert Matthews. now i'm thinking- great how in the world did he get my number!? i did ask him not to call me after today, i would pass message along and hung up. number on id was - 415-994-0000 (San Fransisco?)

Got another call today from this number, the message left was by some woman named Tina Thomas who can barely speak English. She went onto say that if I didn't want to lose my job I needed to call her back, and if not papers were going to be filed and i was going to be arrested.  She called again when i answered it was her on the line but then it sounded like she passed the phone to a man who says his name was Alex Fergueson.  He went on to say that his was bout an internet payday loan, I asked him the name of the company he says hold on, I told him no I wasn';t going to hold on and to give me the name of the company, he said the parent company name was Payday Loans.com,  This sounds like a straight up scam and these mofo's need to be arrested and thrown under the jail.

Me too! I received a horrible threatening call regarding a payday loan I had forgotten the name of a year ago.. They told me I would be arrested if I didn't pay immediately and they would continue with the courthouse proceedings. And accused me of not wanting to pay.  They actually scared the heck out of me!  So I called the actual loan company after researching the name through my old bank account and they told me absolutely do they not go thru 3rd party collections that these people are based in Dubai and that Homeland Security is in the process of investigating them!

called my work saying he allen carter and is investigating a crimnal matter and would please call at this number (841)322-9210 ext1919 i returned the call an it is just dead air.  this kinda puts my job in on the line when people call and say that stuff
