Non working number, which can only mean Rachel from card services, maybe the Indian payday loan dbags, fraud auto warranty, Microsoft scammers...who knows! Blocked.

I just received a call from this number, which is an unknown number to me. I did not answer it, and I only assume that it's some sort of scam.

Unknown number + not answered + no message left = spam.

Call came on cell phone, did not answer it, left message.

Got a call from this number few mins ago. Didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message either. Search their number and found that to be a scam caller. Blocked their number from my phone.

Just got a call from this number on my cell a couple of minutes ago, didn't answer and they left no messege.
Assume it's a scam.

This (as all the other numbers she calls from) is a non-working spoofed #.

Never leaves a message, when you call back it's a not working number, scam call.

Same call to my cell phone from a number that doesn't exist. Number is blocked along with the other ~150 other numbers they have been calling from.

Did you actually answer the phone, or are you just guessing?  There are many scams out there besides Rachel.

If these folks are ever caught (most likely they won't be as they probably operate outside the USA), then someone else will just step in to take over where they left off.

Answered and yep it's that [***] Rachel. Just once I would like to... O and I pressed one and the line disconnected 30 seconds later!

I answered, pressed to speak with Rachel and got a guy instead.  I continued to call him Rachel.  He asked me about my credit card interest %.  Gave him a high amount and he told me a could lower it immediately.  Asked for my credit card number ( I gave a fake one) and then he asked for the three digit code. I asked why would I give you the number, he said to save a lot on interest.  I said this seems like a scam, he said no it wasn't.  I then told him what I really thought of him using every expletive I could think of and hung up.  Unfortunately, Rachel called again!!!  That [***]
