616-2821, 208-9187 called everyday for about three days... finally answered on April 29, 2016. United Breast Cancer Foundation seeking donations.  Received negative reviews from several charity-monitoring websites.

Has called 6 times this week, no message.

Total Scam. Spoofed my area code and a close exchange to make me think it was a local call. Here is what the Tampa Bay Time, in their "America's Worst Charities" articles, says about the United Breast Cancer Foundation: United Breast Cancer Foundation is governed by the Mastroianni family and has no independent board members. The charity was founded in 2000. Audrey S. Mastroianni serves as executive director. Her father and brother serve on the board.  Out of close to 13 million dollars they have raised to date, about 800,000 was given in direct to breast cancer patients. That's about 6 percent of your dollar going to the actual patients. If you give $50, about $3 goes to the patient, and $47 goes to the owners/soliciters of the "nonprofit" charity. This is a travesty, it really is.

Calls me every day----most annoying!!!!!!!  I hang up and they still don't get I am not going to talk to them!

They called me yesterday from 814-616-2821 and wanted my credit card number. I find it horrific that they use cancer to get money. I am a cancer survivor and when I was in contact with all of the agencies none of them ever asked for a card over the phone.

Finally answered one of their calls after figuring they would keep calling otherwise.  Caller asked for my son by name (although he hasn't lived here for years) and identified herself as a paid fund raiser.  Didn't matter that my son was not at this number, she tenaciously solicited me and talked over me when I tried to explain why I would not contribute to her charity, and was somewhat rude.

I've been getting a call from this number for several days

This # has called  2x today called  2x yesterday from 8142089187. Low life, scum sucking, bottom feeding, scamers, 6% to  charity, 94% into their pocket. CRIMINAL !!!!

Have been receiving calls from this number several times a day for a few days now.  Do not answer since I have caller ID.

So disgusted with these constant scams with spoofed phone numbers.

18146162821 called at 8:05 10:00 and 12:12 so far today I got the Panasonic KX-TGEA20 can block I think 350 numbers. I do not answer calls i do not know unless I want to curss them up one side and down the other I did that to the Microsoft scammers with the heavy middle east accents told them what to do to their goats I had him bawling and that number has not called me sense the phone will show you your blocked calls.

kept gettig calls from this number, but would not leave message.  when i answered, they asked for me by my first name.   when i didnt respond, she hung up.

It seems we are now being harassed  with numerous calls throughout the day. The phone is answered but no one is there. I was called by them about a month ago and I said I would send a donation. They very quickly  asked  for a credit card. I said send me a a letter. In the meantime I reconsidered  thinking it was a scam.Now we are getting called several times a day. I call this harassment.

Received this call at 6.44 pm on 07-06-16, at 6:47 pm received one from Out Of Area 814-310-3118, at 7:10 pm, received one from Allentown, 484-773-5154. No messages from any of them. Before contributing to United Breast Cancer, I suggest you google it to gather the facts for yourself

Still calling from 814 area code, still scamming. And what kind of reputable charity calls at 8:49 pm?

It's a scammer pretending

814 616 2821 Calls at least twice a day for the last 4 weeks . We do not answer. This is a pain and I have o known way to stop them form calling. Caller id is United breast cancer
