Soliciting for fop (fraternal order of police); to the best of my information, knowledge and belief the fop does not solicit funds, for any reason.

received phone call 1/5/2016....southern gentleman....asking for donations to the Fraternal order of Police to help
their families who die in the line of duty....Would I be able to donate a one time donation...Yes ..I could probably do $10.00
he says...well the minimum donation is $15.00.... so if you are 100 % sure you can donate $15.00 dollars I will send you an envelope for $15.00.....NO I said I am 100 % sure I could do $10.00...we are on a fixed income and I ...He cuts me off...Thank you very much ..I will call back another time.... Are  you kidding me....another scam...
