just called here  - no voice message don't know who they are

Called 3 times in two days. No message, I finally answered and they offered a free roof inspection as they were in "my area" soon. I am in  Texas, they're in IL. Probably some kind of scam as this number does not exist when called back.

Calling at least once/day for last 5 days but we have not answered. Lookup says Location:ROCKFORD, IL

Looks like I'm getting the same scam as everyone.  If you call back,  the number is out of service. Crazy.

Oklahoma - finally tried to answer because the number has call twice today and several over the past few days. Hung up before I could answer.

Called here and hung up after 4 rings. Don't know who they r but I hope this doesn't start becoming an every day thing.

I answered once and told them to STOP calling, that I was on the DO NOT CALL List and that I don't need a new roof.  They continue to call DAILY.  

I won't pick up again.  

This number just called and I don't have any reason to answer a call from Illinois.  They, of course, left no message on the answering machine probably because they are scammers or worse.

Just avoided answering this call--don't answer calls I don't recognize.  No message left anyway.

I received a call and asked them to remove our number from their list. They were polite and agreed to do this. We shall see.

Yep--I blocked these scammers but they are continuing to call.  Unfortunately, my phone is set up to let blocked numbers ring once (which is better than the four times ringing on their previous calls before they hang up on my answering machine).  I wish my phone just blocked them without ringing.  I am thinking of checking into a call blocker to achieve more peace of mind!  Even one ring gets my heart beating out of my chest - - not worth it.

I am wondering why there are not more comments on this phone number.  With the lack of people indicating they are being bugged by these scammers, I have to wonder why I am so fortunate that they have my telephone number.  The lack of people posting here has me believing that this is not just random robo-calling.  Any comments from anyone would be appreciated.

They keep calling multiple times a day and when I pick up, no one is there.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST!!!!

I've received 2 calls today.. Something strange on caller I'd that makes me think it foreign and being routed through this number... That would explain how it could Be out of service but still in use.

I do not answer calls from numbers I don't know.. If they want me the WILL leave a message

Just another phone number that calls and leaves no message. I'm getting more and more of these crazy calls every day.

A man pretended to be local coming over to work on roofs in the neighborhood and asked if we wanted a roof estimate. We live in Iowa and the calling number wasn't Iowa.  When I asked him about checking "do not call" he said he was just a "local guy" and didn't know about it.  Then, he hung up in the middle of a sentence.

Total scam and when I told caller that we were on the do not call list, she got smart with me and hung up on me.

Even though I recognized the area code, I didn't answer it and they left no VM.  I called back and the 'number was out of service'. Scammers!!!

This caller is blocked - - like Scam Blocker's message above, my phone also rings once for the blocked calls.  One ring is better than four (when the answering machine picks up); but I, too, will look into a call blocker.  One ring for blocked calls can be 5-7 total rings for scammer calls throughout an average day so it does become upsetting to one's peace of mind.  Wish these guys would just give up calling my number.

I've been out of town, and when I checked my caller ID, I had received 9 calls (and, another one, just now), from this number.  They began on 7/8/14.  I'm grateful for the reports, here, at least I know what the nature of the call is, since I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.  Caller ID shows "Out of Area", nothing more.  I wonder when they'll give up.
