Just got a call on cell. No message left.

They called my cell I didn't answer but they left an inaudible voice mail and all I could get was press a number to speak to an agent, then I hung up. If I get a cell call and its not on my contact list I do not answer, and I'm on the do not call list for years but still get unwanted calls on my cell and house phone.

Thanks for the info everyone.  We have NO student loans.  Just filed a complaint with the federal do not call registry.

they called today and lef the message "...education, you have been prequalified for this program and can benefit for this program today. Press one to speak with a live agent now"

I just blocked the number.

Total Scam!  Hang up immediately!  How are they getting cell phone numbers????

if  you press 1 to speak to an agent so you can tell t hem to stop calling, you are on hold til the phone disconnects.

Called my cell.  Left no message.  Obviously spam.  Where do they get our numbers?  Random I Guess.  I suspect if you answer they resell your number to another telemarketer & so on &/or keep bugging you from other phone numbers for a variety of reasons until they get your info. Identity theft eventually. Just block them!
