I just received a call from the number but no one responded.

This number is registered to a company called "Level 3 Communications, LLC".
They are a multi-national telecommunications and internet service provider.

I've received multiple calls from this group of bottom feeders and from various area codes.

They're telemarketers trying to get your phone and/or internet business.

They purchased "Global Crossing" back in 2011--that should give you some idea as to whether or not you would want to do business with them.

Just got a call from this number and they had all my flipping info including ssn not got how the heck did they get all that info home address and all!

I missed the call from this number and called back because I live in the 815 are code and thought it may be someone trying to reach me either personally or regarding a business matter. The lady on the line informed me they were "Glass Mountain Capital" This company is a second or third rate debt collector that purchases old debts at pennies on the dollar (in this case HSBC) and then hounds you for the original debt in it's entirety. (that the original debtor has written off for the amount it was sold to the third party)

You should file reports with the fbi,your state attorney general,ftc,fcc..   Also look up your states statue of limitations.

Section 809 of the FDCPA http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre27.pdf requires 3rd-party debt collectors to give debtors written notice of debt (the key word is *shall*) :
"§ 809. Validation of debts
(a) Within five days after the initial communication with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt, a debt collector shall, unless the following information is contained in the initial communication or the consumer has paid the debt, send the consumer a written notice containing—
(1) the amount of the debt;
(2) the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed;
(3) a statement that unless the consumer, within thirty days after receipt of the notice, disputes the validity of the debt, or any portion thereof, the debt will be assumed to be valid by the debt collector;
(4) a statement that if the consumer notifies the debt collector in writing within the thirty-day period that the debt, or any portion thereof, is disputed, the debt collector will obtain verification of the debt or a copy of a judgment against the consumer and a copy of such verification or judgment will be mailed to the consumer by the debt collector; and
(5) a statement that, upon the consumer’s written request within the thirty-day period, the debt collector will provide the consumer with the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor."

My 13 year old daughter's phone started ringing.  I see this number and let it go to voice mail.  It doesn't go to voice mail so I Google the number and found this web site.  She's 13 years old and just got this phone.  What the hell........

Have been recieving calls several times a day from this 815-496-6056.No voicemail is left and I don't answer the phone when I am driving.Wish it would stop!

Came home to find a message on the machine. It was obvious a recording, bc the guy was talking like I had answered.SOmething about an entry form, but good news, my name was right in front of him.

I'm sick of these idiots.  Do not call means DO NOT CALL!

They bought it from China!

I just listened to the message where I won in a 25,000 give-a-way.  I don't think I entered one but the phone number it came from was 815-496-0605 and the number to call back is  844 539 9192.  Same goes here if anyone wants to collect you go through the bull **@t.

Just got a call. Left no message.

Called me twice today. Did not answer. I am on do not call list.
