Received a call from this number.  Caller left no message.  Was waiting for appliance installation call so called this number back .......      No answer  "Rockford Call"

Somebody called my Mom's house from 815-516-5455 today looking for donations for police. When I stated house wasn't mine just visiting -- he said I'm 48 and you sound about my age but you wait for your Mommy to get home & HUNG UP! I can't believe these are people really working for our local police! Needless to say no donation for them calling sheriff's office!

This number has called me about 3 different times.  Thanks to caller ID, I don't answer if I don't recognize the number.  They have never left a message, so I don't know who it is or what they want.  So, I'll just continue to not answer, in time, they'll give up.

Had the same type of call today from (815) 516-5455-Rockford. I've had these morons call me before to which they've identified themselves as "Sgt. Miller with the FOP." When I told "Sgt. Miller"  that I know the FOP (Fraternal Order of Police) NEVER make phone calls for donations, he hung up. This is a scam and I've told my Mom never to answer the phone if she doesn't recognize the number, if it's important they'll leave a message. I have to make sure she knows what the scams of the day are like the IRS one and the Microsoft virus one. >=(
